Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Steaks here are excellent and the staff is the best in AC. Our last visit we had planed to eat early at the Laurel lounge then hit AC burger later at night. Well surprise the L Lounges are now just chips and pretzels! Pin...up pizza and guys were both closed for some reason and both MCcormic's and Ramsay's were booked solid. So I went up about an hour before they opened and waited to get a seat in Bar area. After about 10 minutes of waiting one of the bar tenders came out to tell me that they don't open for another 50 minutes and I told him our situation. He told me to come back at about ten of 5 and he would let us in as his guest. I don't think the 15+ people waiting in line were to happy, but I do have to say this is not the first time the staff at Caesar's properties have impressed me.More

What a difference a couple of years makes (a couple of years ago I wrote a disappointing review) and also one of the best waiters I have ever had! Justin did an OUTSTANDING job. There were 10 of us and no one complained about any...part of their meal. From cocktails, appetizer, meals and desserts all were delicious!! Thank you for making our families February birthday celebration fantastic. We will be back!!More

Just had another amazing meal here. Our waiter Dennis was attentive & knowledgeable. Everything was prepared to perfection. Oysters so fresh. Tuna tartare well seasoned. The Wedge is a must have. Fillet Mignon like butter. The potato purée pure heaven.

The reviews are so mixed about this place that I almost didn’t go. But I had a diamond celebration credit and the options were slim at Caesar’s, so I jumped on the jitney and headed to Harrah’s. I was able to get a seat right...away in the lounge. My waitress was very friendly, and the food came out fast. I had the New York Strip ($79) and a baked potato. I wanted to try the macaroni and cheese but it got mixed reviews at the table next to me. The steak was flavorful. Didn’t need any steak sauce in my opinion. Next time I hit a jackpot (yeah right) I’ll splurge on another dinner here. I recommend.More

Visited here on Thanksgiving and to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely setting, great service and dessert was to die for! The problem was the Delmonico steak I ordered was the absolute worst steak I have ever had! I don’t know how you ruin a well marbled...cut of meat but they did it! Overcooked, tough and without a hint of flavor. Sorry but Mr. Ramsey but your kitchen missed the mark on this one. Very disappointed. What would have been a 4 or 5 star review rated a 2.More

Overpriced for small portions with outrageously priced side dishes since entrees come with nothing.. expensive business expense account type of place so if you’re paying yourself, think twice

Nothing to write home about especially the high prices for everything. The food was OK, but portions were not worth the prices they charge, they even brought the wrong dinner for one of us. Liquor prices were very high as well. Service was good. Paying...a premium for Gordon Ramsays name just doesn’t seem worthwhile. Never again.More

We visited Gordon Ramsay Steak during Restaurant week and it was very pleasant. Excellent service, Edward our waiter was attentive. Pre-fixed menu was great. We ordered drinks. We started with wedge salad, butternut squash bisque. For main course, Beef Wellington, Griggstown roasted chicken and for...dessert sticky toffee pudding with sticky toffee sauce and brown butter ice cream. Everything was delicious and the whole staff very detailed on service.More

We decided to try and walk in without a reservation. Luckily it was early and a weekday so it worked out. The restaurant has a beautiful decor. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered tasted delicious. It was worth every cent.

We went to this restaurant based on Gordon Ramsey’s reputation. So, coming to a restaurant with HIS name on it…….has to be outrageously delicious, if not perfect, right? I’m sorry to say I was so wrong and surely so disappointed. Here’s what happened. We made...reservations for last Friday night. We arrived a little early and had a drink at the bar with Michael the bartender. He’s the best by the way! Our table was ready and they sat us in the main dining room. The décor was no better than a roadside diner with an LED shop light over our booth, gold vinyl covered booth seats, no table cloth on the bare wooden table. The place setting was limited to one knife and one fork. The table looked completely barren and cold. The noise level of the room was unacceptable. We were also a little disappointed on the dress code. It was our anniversary so we dressed up a bit, but folks were there in t-shirts and shorts. The waiter, Dennis, if I remember correctly, came over, got our drink order and took our dinner order. I ordered the filet, asking for it medium, pink throughout. My partner ordered the rib eye, medium, pink throughout. We also ordered a huge baked potato. We limited the side order to a baked potato because we overheard the booth behind us state their sides were dry and cold. After a short while, our dinner was served. My filet was dry and cooked well done. The rib eye was slightly medium but was also dry and fatty, but not marbled at all like rib eye is supposed to be! Both pieces of beef were under-seasoned and over-cooked. After a few bites of the dry steaks, we asked for the check since we felt we were punished enough. What a disappointment! For the prices this restaurant charges, it should have been top shelf. Gordon, if you ever read reviews, I’d be interested to know what the heck happened to you? Or, are you just riding on your name and don’t care how the food in your restaurant is cooked or what is served to your guests? Don’t waste your time here folks and avoid this restaurant at all costs! The restaurant next door called La Strata in Harrah’s looked elegant, and people were waiting to get in. We’ll go there next time!More

Service was excellent . NY prices which were to be expected. Food was so good. You didn't need a knife for the steak . Everyone's meat dishes were tender with great taste. We were all really pleased.

The experience, beginning to end, was fantastic. We took our daughter during a volleyball tournament to indulge her with something "fancy", and this did not disappoint. My wife and I started with cocktails - the Atlantic Holiday and Supersonic G&T. Although pricey, they were among...the best cocktails I've ever had. If you are a gin fan, the Supersonic was very unique. The Atlantic Holiday did feel like a vacation in a glass, with pineapple and vodka base, but without being overly sweet. The main course was absolutely fantastic. Each of us ordered an 8-oz filet, which was cooked to perfection. The desserts, as well, were perfect. We had the Quadruple Chocolate which was absolutely indulgent, and the blueberry tart which was airy and delightful. But even more impressive was the courtesy of the head chef to come out to visit. I requested it on Open Table, as a treat to my daughter. I never expected him to come out while there were multiple events happening, but not only did he, but he took about 10 minutes to talk to her about her tournament, to us about our experience there, and then he offered to give us a tour of the kitchen. I was really, really impressed. I only wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper thank you. But I couldn't find it online. We paid a fortune for the meal, but it was worth it.More

I have been to more steak houses than I can count. The steak was flavorless and a soft consistency and not in good was. I would never come back and I usually give everyone a second chance. Gordon should be ashamed

We had the beat salad as our 2nd course as part of the Hell's kitchen tasting menu. Maybe it changes seasonally?
