Small and cozy place. The sushi was great. We had three different rolls and they were all tasty. It is a bit pricy, but the quality of the food makes it worthy. Would def come back here!

I was recommended to go here for Sushi. I dined alone upstairs and ejoyed the view. The menu appeared to be in dollars, so the prices scared me ($30 for 1 tuna roll) , but I decided to wing it and see. I ordered a dragon roll and club soda. Came with a drop of wasabi and drop of Ginger.... More
Saw the reviews online and figured we give it a try, while we are in the walls. The place is small but nice AC and seats. We both got the Samurai. I requested mine without sour cream or plantings, thats why mine look different. Also ordered lemonade and soda. It totaled to $30 (USA), which I think is a little... More
We had lunch there and whilst it was a little on the pricey side the food was lovely and a pleasant change from the usual South American offerings. It's only a small place with four or so tables so service is not a problem. The menu has a fair selection of dishes so if you like Japanese food and want... More
The food, the music, the service added to the place makes this place feel as magical as the city it is located in.

I recommend this restaurant. Little in terms of space but extra in terms of taste. Variety of sushi, sushi fusion, nigiri sushi, orgia del salmon Great place for lunch or diner

Tabetai Sushi restaurant is simply amazing. I think there are two restaurants, one in Centro and one in Bocagrande but I've only ever been to the one in Centro. For a restaurant to be amazing I think it has to have great food and the perfect environment to dine in. For me, Tabetai has managed both. The restaurant is tiny... More

This places charges the typical amount I would pay for a roll in the US but the quality isn't great. The sushi fell apart when I tried grabbing the 1st piece with the chopsticks. The 2nd piece showed the entire roll wasn't cut properly. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere for sushi.
Although the sushi we had looked really nice and tasted allright (nothing special), I wouldn't reccomend going to this place. For some reason the cheaper wines and the budget friendly combo menu were not available. Especially the latter was strange, since all types of sushi were available. It felt like the staff just cared about making money out of us.... More
