We have dinner there and order a pizza to share! The taste was so good and we love it! The only thing is they don't have wife nor accept any credit card. But anyway it's not expensive restaurant at all. Worth trying!

Masay is labeled as a pizza place but we went for the awesome, typical Chilean sandwiches. Our favorite is the chacarero, and of all the ones we had in Chile, this was the best (and least expensive too). Great for a quick lunch.

We stopped here once we got back into town after hiking the W Circuit. After five days on the trail and Refugio food I was looking for the "burger" joint. After struggling with the Spanish menu for a few minutes our waitress asked if we would like the English version, well we tried. We graciously excepted the English version. We... More

This was my favourite place to come for lunch in Puerto Natales. Reasonably priced food, a nice small local place, and their sandwiches are great. I had a few different sandwiches and toasted sandwiches while I was in town, and they were all very hearty, good value and delicious. I would definitely come here to eat again next time I... More

No fine dining - just good food and lots of it! Seems to be visited by Chileans more than tourists. Try the lomo a lo pobre or the choriqueso.

Very good restaurant. Not expensive and the food is very good. Avoid the local beer as it's not as good as I thought it'd be

From the outside it seemed like a winner as it was packed with locals and backpackers. Unfortunately we did not order the right items in the menu. The pizzas were pretty gross, thick, with a big layer of cheap cheese! Now we know why most people were ordering sandwiches. The should change their name to Masay Sandwiches!

This seemed like a restaurant with both locals and tourists; a lively, family oriented restaurant. Many people were eating the huge sandwiches. We decided on pizza, which had a ton of cheese, and beer; both were very good and reasonably priced.

It was late and we needed food so we tried this very busy place with lots of locals. It was a fun experience but low on food quality. The pizza was basically a thick piece of crust covered with a little tomato sauce and lots of bland cheese. And it arrived in less than 10 minutes so I think is... More
