Wonderful restaurant in a garden setting, that serves traditional Khmer dishes and provides training opportunities for disadvantaged young people who are looking to get into the hospitality business. The food was great and with a tropical ambience. Make reservations for a garden seat

We traveled to Cambodia for the marathon but found a world of culture and fine dining we hadn't expected! We ate out everyday as it was so cheap. We had some hit and miss experiences but then we found Marum, wow..... exquisite food, beautiful friendly staff, and ridiculously cheap. We paid approx. USD$6 per main meal and I can honestly... When we heard about this restaurant, my husband and I had to visit. The students and very polite and the teachers are always in the background making sure everything is going well. The food was delicious. We ordered a salad with red ants which was fab along with a few other dishes. For dessert we had a chocolate cheesecake and... More

This is a training school restaurant, and the 'student' waitrons are in training, so sometimes their service reflected this, but hey we all have to learn. 'teachers' were ample and they made sure that customers enjoyed their evening and dinner. We shared 3 tapas sized dishes and a dessert, a bottle of deliciously chilled house wine. A super night.

A wide variety of well cooked and well assembled dishes to share. One of the best meals we had in Siem Reap

We really enjoyed the food and service at Marum. If you need a little change from local flavours and you aren't quite ready for pasta, this is your place! Also like the fact that this restaurant is involved with charity work.

The family decided after much thought to choose this location as there were limited locations available and most were very costly. The meal was not special for the season but was quite tasty and enjoyed by all. The service was also good.

The place was still empty when I arrived there. The staff were nice and very kind. The food menu had a good selection of food including black rice which is a plus for me. The food was well presented and tasted really really good! I think it is a must visit if you are in Siem Reap, specially for the... More
