Amazing pizza! We had fhe funghi, salami and the margerita and they we’re all delicious. The lasagna, both the Il Forno and the veggie, did not live up to our expectations. Cute and cozy location in a calm alley.

The food was delicious, esp. Penne All Norma (fried eggplant, fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil). The large pizzas are huge and good value. Staff are very efficient and friendly. It was the birthday of some of our party, and they treated them to a...More

This place is stuck down a stuffy alley and not that easy to find. But that's not the worst of it. Have eaten pizza all over the world and this was among the least memorable. The crust was thin and overcooked. The toppings consisted of...More

GREAT GREAT place to eat. we ended up eating here several times as we just couldn't find any other place that had great food at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are a fan of Italian cuisine.

I was more than pleased with my meal here at Il Forno - was seriously close to the best gnocchi I’ve had in my life! Highly recommend to anyone wanting some top quality western food.

Absolutely delish food - we had the pesto pasta and a large pizza, and while we didn’t think we would finish our meals we easily did because they were so good! It’s undercover so it does get a little warm, but nothing unbearable. Service was...More

Description
We created Il Forno in 2011 after many years dreaming of opening a traditional Italian Restaurant outside Italy where we would serve authentic Italian food like our grandmothers used to cook. The only addition to our grandmother's kitchen was the building of an original stone brick fire wood oven from where to make pizzas according to the southern italian tradition. We pride to import every single ingredient ( veggie & fruits aside)on our menu directly from Italy and to make all our food home made and fresh daily. Our fantastic team of chefs/cooks start their day very early to prepare our pizza dough that need 10/12 hours before its naturally risen and to prepare home made tagliatelle, tortellini , gnocchi and so on , exactly like we used to in Italy half a century ago.
