It's a school! School of training waiters and waitresses. Also, it's 5star hotel and cooking class. Well, nice serving anyway.

Why was this place empty (except for us 3) for lunch? Maybe because they didn't answer their phone when we tried to book. We persisted anyhow and were SO glad we went out to them to see if they were open. 3 courses US $15 or 2 courses US$12 (including non-alcoholic drink). You have a choice for each course. Drinks... We went for lunch yesterday & couldn't believe we were the only customers. The place is stunning. The service is 5 star but it is a training restaurant so you need to be patient with the young staff as they learn from their teachers. We had 3 courses of amazing French Cambodian food for $15. Their Fish Amok made the... More

First of all this is a training restaurant. One must keep this in mind to judge and evaluate this place properly. It might happen that your coke is poured on the table clothes not even recognized by the waitress or you notice being offered with bread for the 3rd time whilst you refused it for the first time yet ….all... We enjoyed a lovely lunch yesterday at French Restaurant - Le Jardin des delices. The experience was awesome from the time we arrived until we left. We were greeted with a warm smile and welcome as we arrived. The staff were all immaculately presented, the restaurant was fine dining and silver service and superb. This restaurant is a Hotel Hospitality... More

After reading about Le Jardin del Delices on TripAdvisor we decided we had to try it and I'm glad we did. We almost gave up when our hotel staff didn't know where we wanted to go but all the confusion was resolved when they realised we wanted to have lunch at the "Paul Dubrule restaurant". The menu was not extensive... More

Being greeted by 8 waiters and waitresses upon stepping into the place was a little overwhelming, but you could feel the enthusiasm the students have. I had a three-course set meal, and the food was fantastic, especially at the value-for-money price of US$11. The student taking our orders was having his first waitering experience, so he wasn't too sure how... More

This is a restaurant run as part of the Paul Dubrule school. Physically the restaurant is as good as any in town. It has a nice garden surrounding and guests can ask to be shown around the school. Each day there are 3 set lunch choices (no dinner). We ordered one each. All the dishes were a mix of French... More
