This place served tasty amok, delicious and will really recommend it. Apart from the fact that its expensive, the boss seems really rude to its staff. My Khmer friend translated what was happening at that time.

We chose Jomnan's as we could walk it, arrived and greeted by a lovely young lady whom seated us. Usual local themed menu with western dishes listed as well. I had a lovely Australian steak, not big just 8oz but cooked to perfection and served...More
We went to Jomnan's as a family of four for dinner. It is a lovely restaurant, comfortable and ambient surrounded by ponds which kept the kids entertained. The service was friendly and the others enjoyed their meals but unfortunately my pad thai was not quite...More
We came here on out first night in Siem Reap and were not sure what to expect as we have never had Khmer cuisine before. We ordered the Amok specialty and the sour fish soup. We loved the fish soup, the flavours reminded us of...More
Hi Jenna, We are glad you came here for your first Khmer meal! Thanks for the review! Its too bad you didn't like our Amok. It's one of our specialties and as you can look in many other reviews here, many people actually love it....More
It was our first night staying in Siem Reap and as we were staying a little bit out of town we took a tuk tuk and asked him to take us to Sugar Palm Restaurant (giving him the address) We ended up at this restaurant....More
This lovely restaurant was just round the corner from our hotel. How lucky were we? The setting is very atmospheric and welcoming - with fish pools, bamboo and a giant palm tree all subtly lit. The staff were super friendly, smiley and attentive. The food...More
Hi Angela, Thanks so much for describing and liking our setting as well as our staff. We are family at Jomnans and glad you like our food also! Thanks for your recommendation!!
Warm welcome, interested and chatty staff. Lovely wooden building. Tasty food. Social enterprise providing education for children in rural areas giving them hope for the future. Would definitely recommend to any visiting Siem Reap. Only a few minutes walk from our hotel (Ankgor Pearl) which...More
Hi Thanks for the nice words and helping us spread the word about our rural school we support (and our manager runs) with a percentage of our profits. We glad you came in to experience our place.
Just like the rest who were eyeing on Madam Moch, my friend and I went to Jomnan because Madam Moch was closed at that time. The ambiance was beyond amazing and it’s sad to see how it’s just me and my friend there at 12:30pm....More
Hi. Thanks for coming in to eat with us for lunch. Yes, lunch time is a little slow now because many people are at the temples during this time. We are glad you noticed how our beef is tender. We use Australian imported beef. Thanks...More
We gave up our table at Madame Moch which was down the street because 15 minutes had passed and we hadn't even gotten menus. Very happy we did. Jomnan's was a much prettier setting- the kind of place where you walk through the door and...More
We read the reviews on TA and approved of the restaurant's ethic: using the profits to help educate local kids. We took the precaution of booking, and took a tuk-tuk from our hotel (it's about 10-minutes' walk from Pub Street) It boasts an atmospheric setting...More
