I love the stake in here, Wednesday's they have that fantastic offer which you cannot find anything better on the island. Try their tender tenderloin steak you will love it. I don't like their salad and the fact that they dont offer oil and vinegar.

Today we broke tradition and went to the Friday Brunch Buffet at the Art Rotana Hotel in their Flames Restaurant. The food selection was outstanding. I especially liked the “indian corner”. It had some of my favorites. The entertainment was great and current. However, the...food was warm but not hot. The sushi and raw bar was cool but not cold. If these two points were fixed, this would be a great buffet. There were more families at this buffet than at others that I have been too. It didn’t distract from enjoying the facilities. The staff was very attentive and we did not want for any drinks that we requested. It’s got a price for those that want alcohol and those that do not. In the end, it was fun.More

12BHD pp was a bargain for their Wednesday wagyu special. This was one of the only things I really enjoyed during our stay at the ART Rotana. Thoroughly recommend Flames.More

Food was exceptional; delicious tender steak, creamy potato gratin and additional side of Asparagus is a MUST! Not many fine dining steak houses in bahrain include the starch in the price of steak so this is a + for flames. Great offer on wines &...the manager encouraged us to purchase a bottle with good explanations of the best offers available according to our tastes. The service was 5* from start to finish but what went above and beyond was that I had a dry cough which was impacting the enjoyment of my meal and without any request our waiter, Abdullah, brought me a small drink of hot water, ginger and mint which cured me and the simple act of kindness made us feel very special. The good: 1. Excellent steaks 2. Side dish of mushrooms was worth every, and I do mean, every fill 3. Complimentary salad was simple, light, and refreshing 4. Nice combo of white and wheat rolls with the salad 5. Service was good at the start...The disappointing: 1. I had high hopes for the service but it must not have been our night. Several times we looked around and found no one there. 2. Steaks were thinly cut, which is not our preference. 3. We were there with friends, one who was having a 50th birthday and we were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. My husband made the reservations. Oddly enough, the server chose to bring a complimentary dessert to the birthday boy but nothing for us. We all shared the dessert that was brought, but it was odd. Would we go again? Probably not, unless someone else paid for the meal. We spent almost $200 for two of us, so this should have been a remarkable meal. There are so many very good places to eat in Bahrain, and while this was good, the disappointing service and odd gifting of dessert stood out and left a bitter taste in my mouth.More

Superb restaurant, with a nice setting and a great menu. Especially the meat is to be advised, a larfge choice in beef, including that famous KIWAMI Wagiyu. But the seafood is great also, as a complement to a steak or on its own. And for...who’s really hungry, now the Tomahawk steak, 1 kg for two...More
