I have eaten at the Roadhouse about a dozen times over the last few years. We tend to save going there for special occasions, like Birthdays and/or when guests come from out of town looking for something unique and special. The staff are all knowledgeable,...More

We always try to have one dinner at the Roadhouse when we are in Ann Arbor. I had the cheese omelet, and it was delicious and so large that I could not finish. It was just cheese, onions, and peppers--perfect! My omelet came with a...More

Good food and menu choices. Have to wait for table but worth it. A little pricy but due to demand for table guess it qualifies the pricing.

People had been telling me for years to try the Roadhouse, but it seemed out of the way since it is a couple of miles west of downtown Ann Arbor and not within walking distance of the University. Really glad I️ did on this trip...More

This edition of Excited about Eating takes us to Zingerman's Roadhouse in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This restaurant serves local favorites from all over the US, including grits from South Carolina, crab cakes from Maryland, and BBQ from Carolina. Dora here. Don't let that picture above...More

You have to like the somewhat hoaky concept-down Home, Southern food in the far north and the airstream trailer drive up outside—but once you do the food can’t be beat. The servers, too, are excellent.

This place always serves high quality albeit very heavy food. I recommend the pimento-cheese macaroni-and-cheese. It’s heavenly. I’m not a big BBQ fan but the meat here is good and everyone seems to love it. You will walk out of this place full. It’s classic...More

You can count on good, wholesome food at this restaurant, but there are no value meals. The food quality has fallen over the past few years as happens at many restaurants as they maximize their profits.

Our server was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. She demonstrated a “can do” attitude. However, the food was overpriced. My BBQ chicken was good but not worth the $16 price. Zingerman’s Deli delivers more for a half sandwich. My wife did not enjoy...More

Nice place to go for lunch. A lot of variety on the menu. We ordered the donuts - which are huge! Very tasty. Nice place to go with larger group. Eggs, salads, burgers and more.

Yes - they have a great little airstream trailer you can drive up to and order. You can also call ahead to order carry out and pick it up at the airstream. Very cool!

Their website, on the breakfast menu, says they serve m-f 7-11am! They also list the weekend brunch time as 9-2 on the same menu. Enjoy!
