Good service, comfortable enough. Opening bread and olive oil tasters were just okay. No spices for the olive oil... just a plate full of oil and bread wasn't warm. My wife had a pizza that she loved. I had the Lasagna and it was nothing to write home about. Just didn't seem to have much flavor. My daughter had the... More

First, let me say that I am biased -- because my wife and I have been coming to Argieros since the year they opened, and that's a couple of decades ago. We have eaten here more often than any other restaurant in the country-- I'd estimate somewhere in excess of 400 meals each on this little corner next to Kerrytown.... More

This is a friendly and comfortable place. A group of 4-8 friend has dinner there once a month. They are gracious and helpful. You are never rushed, and the food is very god.

We ordered pizza and it was average to good, but nothing special. We were the only ones there, (it was about 2:00 p.m.) and the service was not all that great.

Of all the times I've been to Ann arbor, I never knew of this gem. So happy to have finally discovered it! Hubby had spaghetti and meatballs and I had penne bolognese. Both were to die for! Especially the bolognese, yum yum yum! I will definitely be back. Restaurant was very cute with checkered red and white tablecloth and friendly... More

Took our family of 5 out for dinner. Great service, and a nice selection of Italian foods. Kids LOVED the pizza and Mannacoti, also the cheesy bread. I am gluten intolerant. Their GF selection is nice. A bit pricey, but great atmosphere, especially in the patio.

We had great service and everyone on the staff was very friendly, but we found the food to be average. My Giuseppe was not very good as some of the pasta was tough and the topping was less than desirable. Not sure if we hit an off night for the kitchen, but we left disappointed

The last thing I want is for a guest to leave here disappointed, and I'm sorry to hear that happened for you, Paul. If you had mentioned your concerns about the giuseppe at the time, we would have been more than happy to find you a different dish that may have been more to your liking. We have a wide... More

Excellent basic italian food at this long standing Ann Arbor establishment. Good value. Love the eggplant sauce over spaghetti!

This is a friendly comfortable place. The food is very good and is a good value. They never rush you. They are great even for groups of 10 or more. I always enjoy it. It is like an Italian neighborhood trattoria.

Our first time here and we will be back. We stopped for lunch. Started with the calamari which was very good. Light batter with an aioli sauce. Then had the ham, prosciutto and melted provolone sandwiches which were very good. Waitress was helpful and courteous. A very good experience!
