This is a good mid range place to eat with pleasant service and good food. We eat there twice for lunch and dinner

A wonderful restaurant serving interesting dishes at great prices. I had steak with an orange sauce that caramelised the meat. My friend had the Chateaubriand and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a plentiful salad/veg bar included in the price. The waiters were friendly and helpful.

Very sorry that you did not like the food of the restaurant. It would have been very useful to explain which dishes you ordered, or if you did not like the salad bar or the side dishes buffet, so We can improve. We take the reviews as a form to improve our service and products. More

Nice place, with kind staff. There a salad buffet to start included in the price of any main course. As main courses, we had the "cazuela española" (a seafood soup) and a chateaubriand fillet. Both very good. Prices were reasonable.

Visited at around 10pm on a Sunday night and the place was empty, that however, was not a reflection of the establishment. The service was first class and the food was exquisite!! I highly recommend the Pizza Hispaniola, it cost about $3.50 and was like a lovely bruschetta with a beautiful piece of steak on top, cooked to perfection. For... More

Just called on spec for lunch. Good 3 courses for only approximately £8 including a large bowl of vegetable and beef stew, quinoa pancakes stuffed with chicken and avocado followed by fruit mousse. There was an English menu but the waitresses only spoke a few words. Very old fashioned Bolivian decor but pleasant. The restaurant was quite busy.

Thank you for your review. As a comment; we improve our lunch menu, with prices from $us 3 to 8. The decor is colonial, typical of the heritage of Sucre. More

Recommended by our tour operator and was very good. Salad bar was fresh and had lots of selections. There are Bolivian and non-Bolivian food items. Decor is traditional but pleasant if a bit dark.

We came here as part of a large group, the buffet option was generally good, especially if you want just salad...at 35 bs that is good value. Several of us are off the menu and all of those dishes were exceptionally good Only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 is that it is not the cheapest. Would happily eat... More

Went for Saturday supper at 630 and it suited us well. Interesting menu with wide choice - in English although waiter didn't really speak English - and something for everyone. We had had a long day and just wanted something filling so had spaghetti and shared a bottle of Bolivian Malbec which is to be recommended.

Just off the main square and easy to find. Upscale restaurant with reasonable prices. Their menu has a wide selection of dishes. If you are interested in a trip across south Bolivia see our not for profit blog havecarryonwilltravel.com. The waitress we had was very serious but all, including her, were pleasent enough and very efficient. The roast chicken with... More
