We come here to celebrate special occasions. The last time was 2 weeks ago to celebrate my brother in-law's birthday. Our request for a birthday cake was given and they even have a take away box for that. The service is par excellence, it is like having your own personal butler. The visit is not complete without just sitting in... More

I booked a reservation here for 9 of us, family, just so we could go inside the Burj al Arab. It's been my 2nd time in Dubai and first for most of my family, so thought it will be a good experience. We had the Junset package which was 290 AED per head, not cheap but worth it. We were... More

The quality of the food in the buffet is fantastic and the staff are exceptional. Helpful and friendly and will go out their way to help. The Burj al Arab is amazing, but boy do you have to pay for the experience. Super expensive. Recommended for the experience if you have a special occassion to say you've been but once... More

We had made a reservation for cocktail for our party of 6, in order to know the Burj Al Arab inside. We got earlier than the rest of the group so we decided to have dinner at the Junsui (a very polite tour guide gentleman at the Dubai Mall, recommended us this restaurant). Another great choice. As soon as we... More

We booked Junsui as it is the only restaurant at the Burj that is child friendly, and we wanted to celebrate our son's 2nd birthday there. The Burj is such an iconic hotel with a huge reputation to live up to, and dining there is in no way 'inexpensive' but I still found it worth every penny. As a vegetarian... More

You need to have a reservation when you will dine here. Restaurant receptionist assisted me to my table. Restaurant has a variety of Asian foods like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai & Indonesian. Food is great and is expensive. Its about $130 per person. Service is great especially to the Filipino Chef assigned to the Japanese food station. He served me... More

This is not Asian fusion!!!!! Why does everyone call it that. A Fusion is when you take 2 things and make something new out of them. This is a traditional Pan Asian buffet. They offer Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai and Malaysian cuisines. The quality of food is good, but not to justify a $135 per person price tag. The lunch... More

If your plan is to visit Burj Al Arab than either you need to book a room or have your meals at any one of its restaurants & I choose the later one. Reserved a table for breakfast & visited this place..As soon as you enter the lobby a grand fountain welcomes you followed by royal elevators, aquarium on either... More

It's a total Chinese tourist trap for the exorbitant price that you'll pay hiding under the name of Burj Arab. The place was totally filled with Chinese tourist (felt like a market place) and food was the worst buffet I ever had in a hotel. Very, very disappointed! Avoid this place TOTALLY (I just can't emphasize enough)!
