Good food and plenty of it, but that's it. Small family restaurant with cozy atmosphere which seems to be the locals' favorite and therefore the regulars are more valued than tourists. I say that because we have made a reservation for 19:00 and when we...showed up there were no tables free - yet at least 3 tables seems to have just been seated minutes ago with locals (they were still reading the menus). We had to wait (literally in the street) and we finally got seated about 20 minutes later. Food arrived after about 50 minutes (small kitchen and 3 tables of regulars seated just ahead of us...) - not great for a family with hungry kids. The food was good - noting memorable, with lots of local specialties and big portions for very very decent prices. They don't take card payment and "forgot" to mention this from the start (luckily an ATM is just around the corner).More

I am amazed by the price and the quality of the food. The "pashticade" was amazing and the staff was very nice and friendly. The waiter Pashko was very professional and polite. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Best paštikejd in Croatia. It was so good I didnt have time to take a photo! Very friendly staff. Our waiter Paško was great and told us some great stories about Šibenik and its amazing history. Also best radler in town!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience that was not at all in accordance with all these raving reviews. Not to go into much detail but all the food we ate was flavorless, watered down, unsalted, overcooked. There are much better places to try authentic Croatian...food! Even though the prices are relatively low, I’d suggest you spend your money elsewhere. The staff was very friendly though and the atmosphere very casual.More

Nice buffet. Friendly stuff and deliriju food:) Local wine and local rakija. The chef is awesome. You can also takeaway and it is good. :)

take aways are russian roulette at this place! avoid at all costs. we took fish stew that turned bad within hours (in the fridge).

Delicious lunch meal at a great price! The menu had a lot of options to select….so definitely going back. You can pick a large or small portion of selected items.

The waitter doesnt noticed me at all, he ignored me, and he took orders from the guests which came after into the local. I left the local without any comunication with employees...

Excellent local food, very reasonable price. The waiters were so nice and friendly. I asked for the beef stew and was so good and tasty. My husband has the fried smelt and the stuffed peppers. Really good also! Just love it!!

If you don't know the place you probably wouldn't stop, the window is nothing special, but it's for the best. It has become harder and harder to find place at Buffet Simun during high season. The place is nothing fancy, but if you're able to...have a seat in the backyard you will feel at home. If you want to eat delicious Croatian dishes, with a lot of choice and prepared like your grandmother would do, then come here. Staff is kind and prices are great.
