If you’re standing by the restaurant as you’re reading this review, debating whether to eat here or not, stop reading and request a table immediately. This was by far the most delicious and unique meal we have had in Dubrovnik. The choices offered are a breath of fresh air, as you can tell a lot of thought and creativity went into the meals. I can’t speak highly enough of the food and also the service. The manager Halid is simply incredible and makes you feel right at home, he is truly a gem. We ordered the watermelon salad, pea pasta and chicken shawarma- highly recommend! But I don’t think you can go wrong with any choice.

Our team put their heart and soul into creating a menu that's both creative and delicious, and it is amazing to know how much you liked it. And let's not forget about our incredible manager, Halid, who always adds an extra sprinkle of charm to your dining experience. He's a true gem who will make you feel right at home. As for the dishes you tried, the watermelon salad, pea pasta, and chicken shawarma are all hits! It's hard to go wrong with any choice. :)

One of the most amazing places to eat in the old town of Dubrovnik! The staff was kind and helpful and the dishes were delicious. Very vegan/vegetarian friendly, making it difficult to choose what to eat. As young students the dishes and drinks were really affordable and they even offered us a free shot! Amazing restaurant for our last night in Dubrovnik :)

We chose this restaurant after endless research: we wanted something that would suit our little one and that also proposed an original cuisine not at crazy prices. We were very pleased with the choice, starting from the outdoor location, perfectly shaded and refreshed by fans. For our little one we opted for spaghetti with meat sauce and focaccia, while we tried falafel and a wrap with chicken and very tasty, all accompanied by good draft beers. Very kind and nice service, we refreshed a bit after the walk on the walls. Recommended!

A great meal a Soul Kitchen! So glad we decided to try from the other reviews. The staff were so helpful, and they made me a separate gluten free burger which was delicious. A little expensive, but compared to other restaurants of the same price in Old Town, the food was great quality with fresh ingredients. Would highly recommend, especially if you have dietary requirements!

Great location, friendly staff, good music and most of all excellent food.
I would say this is a top class vegetarian restaurant that more than caters for carnivores.
Starters - we had a Brie dish that was amazing and another veggie dish that was also really nice and came with a beetroot humus that my wife described as the nicest humus in the world (we eat a lot of humus). 2 starters to share between 3 of us was more than adequate and also great value especially when you are inside the walled city.
For mains my wife and daughter both had chicken in a wrap with lots of presentation and flavour and both loved it and I went for the beetroot pasta (with Bacon) and was awesome.
We were stuffed at the end so didn’t hit the desserts but from what I saw they look as nice as everything else that came out of the kitchen.
Hint - this place (as I type) is number 1 on trip advisor for Dubrovnik (on balance and all things considered I would agree) so it gets busy and can look full. People don’t like to eat inside and I didn’t know there was an inside but by chance I went to the rest room and spotted the indoor area and it looked amazing and if I were invited to dine indoors I would not hesitate,

Tomislav was our waiter and he was very helpful. I had the Thai curry with added chicken and it was delicious. My margarita was also great. The atmosphere is very comfortable with umbrella protection from the sun, rain and birds. Most of the restaurants in Dubrovnik are Italian, so even though I love Italian, it was nice to find a delicious alternate. The funny thing was (and we found this in other restaurants in Dubrovnik as well) that even though the restaurant was 90% empty when we arrived they said they had to check with the manager to see if they had room to seat us…marketing, I guess, but funny (peculiar). The tables did fill in but still there was room for those without a reservation. It is a great place to have dinner.

this place is excellent. i was with a group of 9 and we all got something different and let everyone try a bite of each dish and every one of them was delicious. my personal favorite was the veggie burger- YUM! The ambiance is beautiful and the manager was very informative about the menu and made sure we were pleased. definitely check this spot out!

After a jetlagged exploration of the old town, we serendipitously happened upon soul kitchen.
This oasis offered incredible service, plenty of shade, a cool, breeze, and exceptional food.
We shared the beet salad and chicken Shawarma, though it should be noted that both have adorable names on the menu that I cannot remember.
Each dish was artistically crafted and garnish. However, unlike many other restaurants, the garnish is each served a critical role in the overall flavor of the dish.
The food is fresh, reviving, and delicious.
Tomoslev served us with the care and thoughtfulness one would treat a guest in their own home.
Highly recommend. This is a treat for the weary traveler and local alike.

Breakfast was very tasty! We ordered the French toast croissant and the 'make it cheesy' was honestly the best breakfast we'd had here in dubrovnik and also very reasonably priced. I am a big foodie and (also have high standards for flavour sorry not sorry haha) and this place honestly was a great find! We even came back for dinner the same night and that too was delightful. Very flavorsome. We can reccomend for dinner the chicken shwarma and also the beetroot and feta pasta! Oh!!! And the salad/side of pear and walnut on bread was also so tasty!
Service is great, incredibly friendly staff and owner. Would highly reccomend this place! Hidden gem!

We were greeted incredibly warmly by our waiter Slaven, who welcomed us in and gave us our menus. We had a beetroot salad and also a fried cauliflower dish, both of which were lovely. If you’re looking for something fresh we could not recommend the beetroot salad any more. Overall great service and great food, would highly recommend for anyone in Dubrovnik looking for an Interesting dish unlike the tourist classics!

We loved this place so much, we came back the next night in Dubrovnik! The food is refreshingly different and service was warm and friendly. The first night, I tried the Egg to the Roots, and it was delicious. The second night, I had the Let's Taco Bout It, and it was equally delicious (and very filling). My husband got the Kiss My Chick both nights and loved it. The second night, we wanted to get a glass of Zinfandel wine as it was our last night in Croatia, but they only had Zinfandel by the bottle. The manager said don't worry, I have something else I think you'll like. He came back with a glass of Teranino, a Croatian red wine liqueur that was the perfect accompaniment to our dinner - and the perfect way to end our trip. We appreciated the warmth of the staff and highly encourage other visitors to Dubrovnik to try a meal at this new unique spot.

Excellent, everything was perfect, we were 4 french girl friends on vacations in Dubrovnik and definitly the best restaurant in Dubrovnik with very accessible prices for the dishes. And we are not veggie or vegan… this peaceful restaurant Behind cowded old town streets Is really worth it ! The warm welcoming (including the french chef) … it was delicious ! We recommend this restaurant.

It was all extremely good.
I will recommend it to my friends. The burguer which has a really cool name “when a man loves a burger” and the salad “that’s good to pear

Soul Kitchen is a hidden gem inside the walls of Old Town Dubrovnik!!! With so many choices in a tourist city it can be difficult to decide where to eat…we were so glad the find this place. The food is fantastic and only eclipsed by the service. We shared multiple yummy dishes and all were perfect…and our waiter finished the meal with a complimentary Honey Medovača…perfect treat to finish the meal. You can tell that the team is passionate about providing a warm and welcome experience. We will definitely return anytime we are in town…

This restaurant is a must do whilst visiting Dubrovnik. The food, the staff, the venue all were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff who between them speak 10+ languages which is a plus on its own. The food was extremely reasonable price for being in the centre of old town and was very tasty. Veggie options available on most of the mains also. For only being open 3 weeks they have already reached number 1 restaurant in Dubrovnik and you can see why. Amazing experience all round.
