This restaurant is one of the nicest meals I have ever had. Service was exceptional and so was the food. Although we sat inside because of bad weather it was still really nice and staff are very helpful with suggestions for food. Would visit again.

As views go this one is pretty spectacular watching the sunset over the old city. We had a lovely meal out on the terrace the nicest food that we had eaten here.

My wife and I celebrated our 4th anniversary dinner at Victoria. We could not have asked for a better experience. The wait staff was superb; from wine recommendations to history about the area, they knew gave as much information as we wanted without being intrusive. The view is arguably the best in Dubrovnik. You have a nice view of the... More

I visited Victoria restaurant as part of a large business group in April. We booked the entire restaurant out for the evening, and the event was handled flawlessly. The location is splendid. A perfect spot for sundowners on a still evening. Ours was a set menu, and every course was excellent. The entree of Croation lamb chops was particularly delicious.... More

The location is stunning... the view of the Old City is just perfect. he best time to be here is towards the early evening before the sun sets.... have a cocktail at the bar in the beautifully groomed Mediterranean garden with lounge music in the background while taking in the views of the Old City and the island of Lokrum...watching... We ate at the Victoria one night on a recent tour of Croatia. This was the best meal I have ever had on an escorted tour. I had a Filet Mignon. It was one of the best I have ever had and I have eaten at some of the best places in the world. My wife had a grilled fish... More

Dined here as a treat one night. Gorgeous views of the old town and a lovely setting. We were not quite sure what to expect as the food was Peruvian. Quite simply, it was stunning. A blend of textures and flavours that was out of this world. Serving staff were extremely knowlegable and guided us through our choices. Yes, it... More

As we were staying in the Grand Villa Argentina, it made perfect sense to treat ourselves to a meal at the Victoria restaurant which is situated lower down in the hotel - through a veritable maze of corridors and staircases, it felt - so we duly made our reservation and the four of us arrived at the appointed time full... Before you go to the restaurant, ask to have your aperitif in the lounge outside, with a terrace overlooking the bay and the old town Dubrovnik. We had an enjoyable dinner, with excellent service and very good food and wine recommendations. I didn't know what to expect from Peruvian fusion, but was nicely surprised. Enjoy!

My mother and I decided to visit Villa Orsula's Bar and Restaurant as we were staying in the Excelsior next door and had heard they were part of the same group (Adriatic). The benefit of this is that you can sign your bill from the bar and restaurant straight to the Excelsior or vice versa if you were staying in... More

Description
Considered as the fore-front of the modern gastronomic revolution, Peruvian cuisine found its first fine dining address on the Adriatic Coast – Restaurant Victoria.

Victoria newest menu makeover came together with chef Roberto Chavez who, guided by health-conscious cuisine philosophy, is determined to lead his guests through a flavourful “round the world journey” that Peruvian cuisine stands for.

The richness of tastes comes from an already unique blend of different microclimates; those of Pacific coast, Andalusian heights and Amazon jungle, which centuries-long gracefully welcomed culinary influences from immigrant cultures. Blending in the Pre-Inca and Inca roots with the flavours of the Spanish, Basque, African, Asian and French, Italian and British cuisine Chef Roberto serves fine gourmet meals that reflect harmony and happiness beyond the kitchen.
