What drew us here was the superb interior and yet we took lunch outside as it was just the right thing . We had an excellent time .. Sharing a sea bass ( cooked to perfection) some super rosemary potatoes and a beautifully dressed salad....To accompany we had a glass of nice local fizz and local wine . Staff were impeccable. Our first meal of our trip and was very very impressed. Marjan comes highly recommended.. Enjoy !More

The location on a lovely little square with trees cannot be any more charming. Service was very proffessional and kind and food was very good. I had mussels with pasta and it was absolutely something different than I expected and also than all the mussels...dishes I ate before - and in a good way. So I apreaciate that they make authentic recipees. The portuon could been a bit bigger considering the pricing. Ambiance feels freshly renewed and is kind of elegant / modern. Formmy taste I would apreciate a little “human touch” such as candles / fresh cut flowers on the table. All in all I recommend to give this place a go, just perhaps count with a bit higher bill. Nothing major to complaint about and also locals like to eat there so thats a good sign.More

Very welcoming staff and the carrot soup with shrimps we took for starters was amazing. We shared a fish platter for the 2 of us and again were overwhelmed by the tastiness of it all. Simple honest fresh food, cooked with love. Great place to...be in Split!More

Absolutely best food this week in Croatia. We had the best spiced fish soup ever, everything was tender and flavorful,,, no old fish smell. We then got a whole seabream well seasoned and the waiter took the legs out at the table, nice. ,got fried...perfectly seasoned potatoes with the fish,,, and vegetables. In addition, a super good white wine. Coming againMore

Menu was very limited to just fish as the main course. The guidebooks mentioned seafood stew specials and I had hoped there was other seafood main courses but it was just fish. No tapwater upon request. The risotto was delicious and everything else was pretty...good but dinner ended up being 110 euros for 2 people no alcohol. The english menu mentioned capers in our appetizers but no capers was in the dish. When I asked about it from the waitress as we were hoping for capers, she said we’ve never had capers in this dish.More

We loved this place. Our fish platter was huge. Croatian wine was ok. Our server was the best. He showed us fresh fish before ordering so we knew what we were picking.

What a meal! Everything was perfect, incredibly fresh. They brought out multiple fish options for a literal 'catch of the day'. We chose the sea bass and I can say with complete confidence that this was THE best prepared fish I have ever had. Highly...recommend having the catch of the day, A++More

Easily the best restaurant experience in the immediate area. Here the dishes are fresh and beautifully presented with a great selection of wines to accompany the food. The service was professional and it was the perfect final meal of the weekend. Here you must eat...inside to appreciate the food and environment. Too many tourists automatically sit in the narrow street outside and miss out on the beautiful modern meets old cellar minimalist interior. Go for anything on the menu - it’s all fresh, we’ll portioned and delicious. Prices are a little higher but you know why as soon as you start to eat.More
