I WAS going to say for the good part of this visit was the toilet was very clean BUT then i discovered the hot water was turned off... and that was the best part of today's experience... portions now much smaller and not good at...all... when i write I will not return it means I will never go back...no flavor and small portions... to the STAFF = please TASTE your own food before serving it if this is even allowed and ask yourself- would YOU pay for this food??? not even was the Solyanka soup close to authentic... in the heart of a Ukrainian city... are you kidding me???!!! ADD to this Christmas music at concert full volume !!!!! goodbye !More

Stopped here a few times for a quick drink and once for dinner. Just a normal restaurant as many other. Location is good , outside seating is comfortable , also is the balcony. Price/Quality is good.

We had dinner once in this restaurant, pizzeria right in the center and we were satisfied. We ate 2 pizzas and they were as tasty as in Italy. We will definitely come back next time.

Me and my family, of 5 people, went in to the Restaurant Venezia, to have lunch. We were pleasantly surprised about the interior, the place looked really good and promising, so we sat down. The waiter brought us menus, and seemed very unhappy, that we...asked for a menu in english and in russian. After bringing us the proper menus, we waited for a good while, after we had already chosen, for the waiter to come back and take our orders. When the waiter came close, she didnt seem interested in us at all, but instead first went to check out the empty table, when i politely asked if she would take our orders, i got back a very unpleasant "yes, you can see im here already". The food took from 15-40 minutes to cook, depending on the dish, and they were brought out in a random order, pizza first, then a hot lamb plate, together with an apple pie, then pasta, and only about 30 minutes in, did my grandma finally receive her only order of "soup". The dish that took the longest was a pork bone meant for 2 people, which was almost stale, and the skin was as hard as rock. After we were done with the food, we had to wait for somebody to once again notice, that we were ready to pay, after which we were told that their credit card terminal wasn't working. Since exchange rates and commission for cash withdrawals are high in ukraine, we exchanged enough money back home, to be enough for the Market in town, however this didn't seem to matter to anybody. We asked why we hadn't been informed that the card terminal is broken, to which the waitress responded with "it was working when you came in, but isn't working now and it will take 6 hours to get it back running". After we, very reluctantly, paid with cash, the waitress seemed to not even think about returning our change. Sidenote: the change was 3gn, or less than 10 euro cents, but its more about principle, than anything else, since the waitress just left and tried to avoid us, while we left, seemingly as to not have to give us our change, so she could have it as a tip. I understand, that sometimes a card terminal might not work, but i do believe, that a waiter should inform the client, if such a thing occurs BEFORE we get the bill. Would not recommend, the only real upside to the food was that everything was plated quite nicely, inconsistent, but aesthetically pleasing. TL;DR: Great atmosphere, mediocre food, terrible service.More

I got the grilled salmon. Good quality food, reasonable prices, service was a little slow but ok. They treat tourists the same as locals based on my one time here. I would come back.

No amount of fluff will fix a dish with a terrible baseline. If you go to this place and order a plain margarita, you realize that the chef has no idea how to make pizza at all: -The dough was dead. For whatever reason, the...yeast did not do the job, and the dough was dense and flat. -The choice of cheese is very poor, I'm not sure if the slight saltiness is intentional, but overall it was too dry. -The sauce was barely present and completely dominated by the saltiness in the cheese. -No basil present. Overall, a failure on all fronts, easily the worst pizza from a place that calls itself a "pizzeria". The kitchen works slower than one would expect. The service is fine, but overall the atmosphere is of a cheap face-lifted pub with club music playing in the light of day, not of an Italian restaurant. No reason to return there.More

Not a bad choice in the centre of Odessa. Service slow but more to do with the chef than waitress, who clearly tried her best. Pizzas are the safest option here.

WAS much better before. They were out of one of the things I wanted. I ordered this and the waitress said she would find out if they had it.... after we ate she said oh we do not have this... thank you ! Not good...considering the place MAYBE had 20 other customers. My girl tried a dish she never had before: mussels with some cheese topping- mussels were HUGE! ...she had to remove much of the cheese. I had an average Diane salad with turkey. Average food with average service.More
