We loved La Fondita. Sat outside in the courtyard and enjoyed Pepian de Pollo and beef tenderloin. Right in the center of town, an easy walk from most accommodations.

The owner was very friendly, but the food was just average. The restaurant has no atmosphere, and the prices have increased. The misleading sign says Q25, but that is only for the vegetarian meal.
Nothing special but the limited menu had sandwiches and a handful of good plates for a very reasonable cost. I had the chicken which came with side dishes and was enough to fill me up for just Q25. Nice owner too
We do not normally vivit little places such as la Fondita but this was a nice little find. As compared to others in this market place we have to give it 5 stars. Good fresh food prepared nicely with great personal service by the owner...Luis.
