In for take out a couple of time recently. Food is very good, if a bit expensive, but organization around the take out needs improvement. Why must there be so much confusion about whose order is whose? Just put the phone number on each tag!

I ordered takeout on a busy Sat evening, and the waitress/hostess who took my order brought me a refreshing Thai drink to enjoy while waiting. I was amazed by her thoughtfulness. Outstanding service, plus a warm and welcoming restaurant. Highly recommend them to colleagues and friends.

It reminds me of Take-away in England, where you have to pay extra for everything, the soy sauce, the hot sauce, the rice, the packaging the everything. The beef was good quality, slightly charred, but not chewy as you find it in many places. The chicken with vegetables was bland, the Pad Thai was tasty, but without lime the lack... More

Food is very good, my favorite is their Pad Thai. I have had it at other restaurants and they have the best. The prices are also as good or better than other Thai restaurants I have gone to.

The food is great, although soups have a lot of noodles in proportion to broth...Curries ate great! Service was great, nice place to be in.

We lived in Andover and enjoyed eating at this nice Thai restaurant for years. My husband and I especially love their Rama Duck which was made of tender duck breast meat fried to perfect crispy soaked in flavorful sauce. However, our family went on Chinese New Year Day and had 2 orders of Rama Duck with other food. We found... More

We work out at the nearby gym and when we're too tired to cook, we often order takeout here. Always good, fresh and flavorful! We love the spring rolls, crab rangoon, Chicken Pineapple or Ginger Chicken, Pad See You, Seafood Ga-Prow, Oriental Salmon and brown rice. Nice atmosphere when we dine in, too.

This is a very beautifully adorned restaurant with a calm, quiet atmosphere. I went with 1 friend for an early dinner on a Thursday arriving at 4:45. We were the only ones in the restaurant for awhile. Service was attentive from the start. We started off sharing the Fresh Basil rolls which were thin rice paper skins around fresh vegetables... The food was fresh and very tasty. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly! Living in Andover I can appreciate having a delicious Thai restaurant in the area! It would be a nice addition to the down town area if they were to ever move. Shawsheen Plaza just isn't what it use to be, the lot... More

Thai Sweet Basil is an excellent and affordable destination for Thai Food. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and the food is cooked to order. Prices are mid-range and they can accommodate large parties with advanced notice. This is a frequent choice for both lunch and dinner for me on a regular basis.
