By far one of my favorite places to enjoy an amazing dinner! We had the bucket of balls and the pork belly tacos for appetizers. Followed by scallops and steak.

The menu looks nice and if your are a vegeterian you will be happy. The portions are quite small but tasty other than the salt. Nicely prepared and good. Service . Okay for kids and not noisy at all.

Good looking place, friendly service, but the portions were small, and ALL the food was salted beyond belief. They did NOTHING to correct this, or TRY to make it right. We will NEVER return.

I've eaten here a few times wearing just jeans and a polo or a button down. Dress runs the gamut from suits/ties to casual. Just depends on the party. But you won't be uncomfortable being a little more than casual.

Built by Samuel Converse in 1862, the impressive Greek revival structure at 135 cooper street in Agawam, Massachusetts became home to the Federal Hill Club in 1936. Under the management of its owners, the Moretti family, that establishment remained a premiere restaurant for over fifty years. The Federal’s current owners Michael Presnal and Ralph Santaniello easily integrate the white linen elegance of that bygone era with a fresh and innovative “new American” cuisine that is perfectly prepared and impeccably served. Strong Italian and French influences inspire the contemporary culinary style of chef Presnal in dishes such as his red beet risotto, burnt tangerine glazed cod, and white-chocolate panna cotta. The Federal is dressed up as a special occasion restaurant, but is sociable and affordable enough for every occasion. The restaurant enjoys a dedicated following of appreciative diners from New York to Boston.
