We didn’t do the wine pairing. Without alcohol and sitting at the Chef’s table, it was about $85 per head. We had cocktails which were amazing and very reasonably priced. I would imagine it’s open in December.

Sorry, just answering this. Yes, you do have to make a prepayment. Restaurant is so small I think they need to cover expenses. I am. to sure of cancellation policy.
