And guard your plate. The staff very poorly trained and wants to clear your plate before you finish to the point they reach over you hand to take it without asking, “may I clear your plate?” So annoying, so I’ll mannered.

The food at the Bazaar, Hard Rock Hotel’s buffet, was really delicious. The Carving station was serving meat, pork, and turkey, and the pasta station had calamari and other seafood you could add to the freshly prepared linguini or penne. The salad bar had everything...you would want on a salad— even cold cuts and a wide variety of cheeses. The hot plate area had pepper steak, chicken, mashed potato, yucca, corn, salmon, rice and beans, tostones, and plantains. We went on a Saturday night and had Mexican night. For $36, we ate well-prepared food that one might expect to find in a buffet in Vegas. The dessert bar was the icing on the cake. I’ve never had better buffet dessert ever. Too many to name!! A few things need to be changed. The buffet comes with unlimited Coronas and margaritas (on Saturday night) but soda, juice, and water was extra. Also, our waiter never offered us coffee or tea but when we left, I notice other patrons being offered that when they had dessert. And they need to have ice cream!! Management should make certain that all customers are treated equally. It is because of this discrimination, and not the great food, that the Bazaar doesn’t get my five star review.More

We had dinner in Bazaar a thursday night when they have Pasta Buffet, it includes red and white wine, open red and white sangria. They had appetizers as salumi (salami, cantimpalo, chorizo, etc), around 7 varieties of cheese, breads, mini sandwiches, ceviche, cold pasta, salmon,...sushi, etc. They have a salad bar with salads, vegetables and fruits. They had a pasta bar where they made the pasta you chose with the toppings you liked, and many other already served pastas and risottos. They also had pork, mashed potatoes, vegetables, rices, etc. The desserts were good, they had about 10 different types. But what was outstanding was the white sangria. Outstanding. The house red and white wine were good too. So for $30 + taxes you can drink all you want, and have a lovely meal. I must say the pasta itself was nothing special, but it was good enough.More

No signs and hard to find, but we did manage to find this buffet restaurant. Food was good and plentiful. Not gourmet or special but adequate in variety and preparation. It was about $25 a person for lunch. We have no idea whether we could...have had a beverage for that price or whether we could have returned to the buffet for seconds, or whether it would cost more if we ordered something from the grill. There were no signs, no menu and no communication. The room is lovely. Very few customers. I asked at the reception area about the price and was told , "about $25." That is expensive for Panama.More

I've tried a few hotel buffets here in Panama City and most of them are average on a great day! However, Bazaar in the Hard Rock definitely lived up to the 5-star experience I was expecting! The service was outstanding! And the food was fresh...and tasty. The lovely lady at the omelet station made me a wonderful omelet and there were lots of meats and fresh bread to accompany it. Great selection of hot and cold foods, breads, cold-cuts, and fruits. They even had smoked salmon and cream cheese, plus fresh natural juices. You can even help yourself to some Nutella....if that's your thing! lol I will definitely be returning for breakfast and would also like to try their lunch some time!More

Bazaar is a very nice buffet restaurant. The restaurant serves made to order omelets with so many choices. Service is extremely slow for beverages. So drink juice instead of coffee which you can go get yourself. Our breakfast came with the room.

We went with our grandchildren to Sunday Brunch. One was a vegan and she was able to find plenty of fruit and vegetables, all fresh. The roast beef was very good, and there was a pasta station which offered any type pasta prepared to your...taste, at the moment. They had a vast array of foods, some better than others. The pork chops were very tough, as they tend to be if left for a time in a chafing dish. The same with the omelette, as eggs tend to dry out if left waiting. They had sushi but I cannot comment as I do not eat sushi. Otherwise, the rest was nice and plentiful, and the desserts outstanding. All in all, very worthwhile for a Sunday brunch. The music a bit loud, but it livens up the place. Good service.More

The food is not bad, rather large buffet selection for breakfast but the noise level is unbearable for some reason. So ok for families, not overly expensive but no real class. Would not make any detour to go there. But convenient to have a quick...breakfast at the hotel. PS: closes at 10 AM so no good for brunch :(More

Group of ladies visited for our annual lunch. We had a wonderful time. Located in the Hard Rock Hotel. Great view, right off the pool. Lots of options and food was pretty good. Great service by wait staff. Great mojito!

This was included in our room rate, so we had breakfast there twice. It was really noisy, and getting the attention of the staff was difficult. It is a buffet, but trying to get your coffee from a wait staff was the challenge.
