Great atmosphere surrounded by memorabilia from Roberto Duran. Excellent service and great steak. Roberto Duran was also at the restaurant eating and drinking socialising with everybody in the restaurant ensuring everyone was being taken care of. An absolute gentleman and a pleasure to meet him.

Had the opportunity to return to Panama and visit Roberto "Manos de Piedra" Duran's restaurant--La Tasca De Duran. It was even better than the last time ... Enjoyed some of the best CHICHARON DE POLLO and the best CUBA LIBRES in the country. All I can say is that I will be going back to Panama next week and will... More

The wait for service was ridiculous, but the people were friendly. The food was decent and had huge portions. The main reason to visit would be to meet Duran or to see all his memorabilia on the walls. It has a great feel to it, but you could probably get the same food more a cheaper price elsewhere.

Other than Duran's memorabilia, there is no reason to go to this place. The food is awful and the staff make you feel as if you are nothing but an annoyance to them. It feels as if the staff is all one big family and when you enter the restaurant you get the feeling that you are interfering in their... More

I did not think the food was all that good for the price. I had fish and fries. But you don't go here for the food, you go to meet Roberto Duran. He was making the rounds the entire time we were there, flirting with the ladies, singing with the salsa band, and getting his picture taken with everyone that... More

It's a lot more about boxing and Roberto Duran than it is about eating out. Go hungry and you'll like the food. Go to honor one of the greatest boxers in history and, you'll have a fantastic experience. I've been there twice and both times been able to shake hands and talk a bit about boxing with Roberto Duran. For... More

Roberto Duran memorabilia everywhere, which was fun. Duran fights playing on the televisions, which was cool. The food was good too. The menus are only in Spanish and no one speaks a lick of English, but a fun experience all the same. We didn't get to meet Duran, but I am told he is there often on weekends (we were... More
