It was awesome to have dinner in this historical place. Las Bovedas were built as part of a fortress in the XVIII century and wereused during the colonial era as dungeons, storage vaults and dorms. Inside the restaurant the setting is beautiful. Service was very...More

Oh my... we had an awesome time. The food is great, the staff is friendly, the environment makes you feel somewhere else than Panama. Be ready to spend $80.00 aprox. for a full course meal, which will be definitely worth it!

Big mistake. This place was touted as historically interesting (true), gourmet food (pretty good) and a live jazz venue on Fridays (as an inveterate jazz fan, I couldn't wait). My party of 4 had reservations for Friday night. We asked what time we should have...More

This restaurant is at the far point of the old city in Panama. We made a reservation although the restaurant was pretty slow on this night. The service was great - they have a high level menu in English but I would have appreciated a...More

This restaurant sits in the oldest part of Panama City. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and extremely attentive. We had a lot of questions about the menu and although their English was not great they were helpful in...More

We have eaten here several times over the last few visits and we truly enjoy the experience every single time. It is a fun place to eat simply in the fact that the building is so old and has true history. We appreciate the courtesy...More
