I guess if you're wanting a bar/party experience - this would be the place for you. We had a large group for dinner & was seated near the large booming speakers. Some of our group enjoyed their meals, but I did NOT. First mine had to be sent back after a bird landed on my plate while the server was... More

We loved this restaurant! The waiter spoke some English and was very attentive! The food was great, lots of choices. Many locals eating there so you know it is good. Very reasonable, great views of the Causeway, entertainment was a really nice touch as well.

The food was deep fried battered everything apart from the salad. But the drinks were cold and it was a hot day, unfortunately there were no other places to choose from to eat. Construction going on right next to restaurant

We had fish, all of which was well prepared and very fresh. The person who took us there said that this is a popular restaurant with the locals, so you know the food will always be good. The prices were very reasonable. Well worth the scenic drive.

The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice. Besides the spectacular view of Panama City skyline, the wind adds a pleasant element to the experience. Food wise, it is good. Nothing remarkable but good. I had te jumbo lobster with creole sauce. I expected something spicier but it was slightly more to the sweet side, nonetheless tasteful. Service is slow... More

We arrived at noon & were the only 3 people in the restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes for a server to notice us I finally had to ask the manager to take our order. The restaurant began filling up, every other table got their food while we still waited for ours. After waiting another 30 minutes I AGAIN asked the... More

It's a little bit out of the way, on the Causeway, but worth going to , so best to make an evening of it. Be aware that getting there in a taxi can be a pain in rush hour due to traffic jams (taxis surprisingly don't charge you more to sit in a traffic jam for ages, but it can... More

As part of our tour with Barefoot Panama, we stopped here for lunch. Our guide, Kevin, helped to explain the menu which had lots of choices. The sea bass was delicious.

After visiting the Biodiversity Museum and the Smithsonian Research Institute we were getting over heated. Mi Ranchito is directly beside the Smithsonian and a welcome stop for a cold beer and lunch. The food was "ok" but the location was well received.
