Definitelly they improved their service at their Galerias location. Last time here, six months ago, we promised not to come back. For some reason, we did come back and got very positively surprised over the improvement of the service. We are definitelly coming back! It...is one of Managua's best sushi bar.More

Service was beautiful, and the food was even better. As a tourist from Vegas, I have picky tastes, but this is one of the best sushi restaurants out there. I totally recommend it.

Yay, a sushi restaurant in Managua where you can eat sashimi! This place offers japanese food and sushi plus korean barbecue at the table. Service was slow, prices were good, drinks were well-poured. The sushi was solid but not earthshaking. I love sashimi and having...an array of sashimi selection at a Managua restaurant was definitely appreciated!More

It's not the best sushi I've ever tried but it offers a wide variety of makis. Plus, there are great 2x1 deals for lunch! California and Bacanal rolls are great! Ask if it's possible to have them 'empanizados', much better!

Not the greatest sushi I've had, but the best in Managua so far. Clean, very good service and the staff always courteous... I liked the California and volcano rolls..

This isn't great sushi, but it's good, and if you're in Nicaragua and don't have many choices, it's definitely worth going to. I had a rainbow roll (always a good one to try at a new place) and edemame. Service was good, the restaurant is...loud if you're inside. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Managua!More

Somebody already said it. Sushi Ito is only good if you are craving sushi. I went to the restaurant at Galerias shopping mall on a Tuesday night. The place is not bad, it has a few tables outside and the wait staff was quick and...super friendly. But I find that food was average and pricey. I don't mind paying more for great food but this was certainly not the case. I had tuna sashimi and an assorted sushi roll selection. It is unfortunate because there is no lack of good fresh fish in Nicaragua, a country that boasts Pacific and Caribbean coasts.More

I have been a sushi enthusiast for the last 20 years. In Nicaragua there has been very few sushi parlors and nowadays sushi itto is well known. For many like me, Sushi comes to satisfy the urge of the taste of something different, appetizing, visually...attractive that is almost art like with blend of flavors and colors. The service is far from great but the food is good yet it could be espectacular, the decor is inviting and appealing. The quality of a product determines how long a restaurant can last that, is no secret, hopefully they will continue with consistency and high standards. PROS Creative sushi meals, attractive 2×1 special promos and happy hour. This is an affordable restaurant not an every day restaurant but great for special occasions like a casual date or family night out. CONS the 2 locations i visited experience the same problem, the issue is lack of space. It could feel a bit claustrophobic at times when crowded, tables are too close and it make it loose the feeling of a cozy restaurant. The service is slow, waitstaff is friendly but they require more training.More

The restaurant is lovely, as is the presentation, however my experience living here would suggest sushi is not the countries forte. The fish was okay, and the rolls were very elaborate ( I couldn't get just salmon? Rolls were very heavy on rice, and provided...little ginger and wasabi. The roles are creative, but this didn't satisfy my desire for real Japanese sushi like I had hoped. It is a pricey option here in Managua, but its also attached to the upscale mall.More
