We are wine lovers and we were not disappointed in this choice. Mario selected several wines for us to try and provided so much information about each one. Perfect for us since we were new to Croatian wines which are terrific! We sat outside talking...with him and felt as though we were on a patio enjoying great wine with a great friend. Highly recommend!More

If you’re a wine lover you must try this place. The wines are very good, prices are more than fair and the host is super passionate and will tell you everything you need to know about the wones you are drinking.

We chose this completely at random and were so glad we did. The guys who work there are so welcoming, and if you stay a while you'll realise they really know their stuff. We had a couple of gin and tonics that were amazing. We...drink a lot of gin 😂 and we were still very pleasantly surprised at the originality of the mix Maria made for us. We then had the plate of Dalmation meats and cheeses which was perfect. We finished up with some great wines which they picked out for us based on what we said we liked. Above all that, they were very welcoming to our dog, who's a grumpy old man and doesn't like anyone! But they were very patient and I think our dog was as pleased as we were that we'd visited. A must-visit bar in a long street of many options. Note: whilst we were there they were only taking cash which is worth knowing.More

It was one of the best wine tastings ever: great wine with great cheese and perfect bread with basil olive oil (family made!). Mario, the owner, speaks the perfect English and has lot of wonderful stories about wine and winemakers. I will definitely come back....This evening was soooo good!More

This bar stands out in the long line of bars in Zagreb because of the hospitality of the owners, and the hot drinks that they created. They have interesting and delicious hot drinks for the winter that are not like you would expect...they're perfectly balanced...and not overly sweet like I've had in other hot alcoholic drinks. The owners Mario and Katie are clearly passionate about their work and are so inviting and hospitable that I would definitely go back, especially being a solo traveler. It's difficult to find a bar with friendly and talkative owners when you travel alone, but they were helpful and made me feel at home. Definitely worth checking out!More

Best place for both winter and summer original cocktails. Great service and drinks. I personally enjoyed the attention of the owner, he’s got such a great passion. It’s a must for tourists and locals. You get a LOT for what you pay. Worth it!

We just hope Croatia doesn’t go down the same path as Greece; it is very inconsistent. We have only stayed in the larger cities - Zagreb, Split & now Dubrovnik. It is very confusing about Cash Vs Credit Card. Personally I... More
