The small not enough parking and the overcrowded pools are not as bad as the service. Nothing is the same as in in the menu. I returned my orders several times, cocktails in plastic cups, only syrop, no fruits or anything inside... Didn't have electricity...for at least half an hour midday... Terrible...More

Very nice place. Everything in order. The shisha team is one of the best in Sofia. This is very good place to chill and smoke nargile. Comfortable big sun beds where You can relax. First of all when i did the reservation i informed them that I need a table next to the pool and I clarified that I do not want a table inside. When we went with my friends they showed us our table which was inside...and far from the pool, even though we informed them that we are smokers so that we need a table outdoors next to the pool. She told us that there is no available table next to the pool! ( Why didn't they inform me when I was making my reservation? why should I be informed afterwards? ) . But this was not the end of this story! We decided to begin with mohitos and beers.I ordered daiquiri strawberry and was really good but my friends made the "mistake" to order Long Island ( without coca cola ,without even alcohol 9 lev for this non alcoholic water!) . The service was disappointing because we constantly needed to remind her to bring us something. The food was so and so and the pasta was over cooked . I ordered chicken with humus and Greek pita , they brought 2 chicken souvlaki and two small pieces of Greek pita! My friend ordered mix meat 1500gr -20lev and was good! In the end,we decided to order sisha which was really bad we gave 25lev for nothing. I will only say two things! Terrible service !More

The situation is extremely disappointing: the chairs are on the spots, as nasty as they look. The tables are swollen, wasteful and unbearable. The pillows are dirty. Service is slow and not level. Waiters do not cease what they offer. Food is expensive for the...surrounding setting and not good service.More

Lately we visited Raffy Bar&Gelato Poo restaurant two times. The food is good/ we always have salmon fish, different styles/ and service was a bit faster, probably as there were not so many clients.

Really slow service! We had to wait for 15 min for somebody to come and take our order and another half an hour for our orders. The food is overpriced and nothing special. The pool is small for the number of the sunbeds. The toilets...and the restaurant itself are a bit dirty.More

It is good for food. Stuff is working slow, we waited some more minutes to order. Try the sushi, salads are tasty too. A little bid overprised for Bulgarian standarts.

Awful service!!! We had to wait for 15 min for somebody to come and take our order and after that another 30 min for a sandwich!!!! The music is too loud, you cant hear your own thoughts... Deffinetely not coming again!!!

Not worthed we waited for over an hour just for desserts and on top of all the ice cream of everything was melted.

We went to Raffy Bar&Gelato Pool for my best friend's Hen Do and it was amazing. The staff was well-prepared and the waiter was always there for all of our needs - he was constantly checking if we are okay, if we need anything, etc....The food menu was really diverse and plenty of options were available. I will highly recommend the cocktails and the salads. We didn't have the change to sit around the pool as we had our table inside but we went outside to take some pictures and it looked amazing! I will definitely come back during the day!More

Raffy Bar&Gelato Pool is located at the end of Sofia, on the way to Simeonovo area. The food is generally good, but some of the menu is bad! The service is a bit slow.
