I had the pasta with lobster dish The dish was very tasty, but the portions size was way too small! I walked away hungry.

Lima is a city with some of the best restaurant in the world. At Rafael, located in the neighborhood of Miraflores, I ate the best gnocchi in the world......and I am italian...I know gnocchi!

I believe yes, most top restaurants do. But be carefull with exchange rates. I would prefer doing credit card, it's a better deal. You could tip only with your USD.
