About
We cook ancient and contemporary Peruvian Creole food, and honor the tradition and culture of Lima. We imprint flavor onto high-level products, sometimes with a slow burn and other times with a vivid flame. One thing remains unchanged: we cook with the same passion our grandmothers did and preserve their seasoning. Our cuisine is bold, roguish and generous, just like Marthita, our chef, who is as mischievous as a good jarana limeña.

Always a stop when coming to Lima. The food is always the best and the choices for authentic cuisine, including Cuy if you want it.

I’ve been coming to Panchita every year for many years now as I come to visit family for the last 14 years at least once a year — until the pandemic of course. Now that my mom is fully vaccinated and so am I I...came at last since Jan 2020. With this being a short trip I had to choose wisely where to eat. Of course Panchita was as amazing as I could remember and the service, provided by my server Ruben, was stellar !More

My churrasco was delicious with oregano chimichurri. I tried the local dessert- picarones. They are doughnuts made of sweet potato and squash. I ordered a side salad and it was enough for two people. It was very fresh. I would’ve given this restaurant a five...if it wasn’t that they made us wait 30 minutes before they brought her food and 20 minutes before I took her order.More

Staff professional, delicious food, kudos on decoration and music (though a bit lower as background music would be better)

Panchita is one of the best Peruvian restaurants, the menu has many starters and main dishes, all of them are great, you must to visit Panchita more than once. The desserts are also amazing!! And the service is excellent!!

Great food, fantastic ceviche and causa. Cool waiter :) you’ll provably have to wait 30-40 min for a table during lunch time.

You can never go wrong when going to Panchita. Peruvian staple dishes at their best. Not to mention the impeccable service. My favorites: the causa limena, arroz con pato, anticuchos and the desert arroz con leche with mazamorra.

Probably one of the best places of the city to experience the diversity of criola food (comida criolla). Really a must!

One of my favorite style of Peruvian cuisine is called comida criolla or traditional Peruvian food, simple, full of flavors and ingredients. My lunch here brought me back to my childhood and fond memories of my mother. I'm officially hooked on this restaurant and will...come back again and again.More

I am sorry I do not remember the prices of dishes. However, compared to international prices Panchita is a bargain, great food at moderate prices. Think spending around $20 per selection. If you stay away of alcoholic drinks... More

Not expensive by US standards. $30-40 a person with large portions. I eat here every trip to Lima. I recommend the Pisco sour and the cuy. The skewers are very large.
