Fast service. Fresh ceviche, Yucca fries, cerveza. Pretty much heaven. Just go, if there is a wait, it is worth it!

We were taken to Canta Rana for lunch by a local and will be forever grateful for that! The restaurant has a fabulous atmosphere and the seafood on offer is really fresh, well prepared, attractive on the plate and enthusiastically served. The portions are very generous so you might want to think about sharing a few dishes out amongst friends!... More

We though, came for dinner! Twas quiet but not absurdly so. They had however run out of wine but did offer to go to the supermarket and fetch some which they in fact did and it was very good. We had gambas and concha Parmesan- scallops in Parmesan which was lost frankly because of the cheese - far too much... More

I tried their avocado ceviche, it was quite expensive at about 38 soles for that dish! but the ceviche was really good! fresh and delicious! if you're on a budget, this is not the place for you, but if you would like to have a delicious ceviche without any budget concerns, this is the place to go!

We stopped into Canta Rana on a humid day and sat down to fresh ceviche and a cold beer--totally hit the spot. The environment feels very authentic and non-touristy. Could have eaten that meal multiple times on our trip.

Although we saw this restaurant on TripAdvisor, we actually found it by "accident" after shopping at the Metro. We were so glad that we stopped in. Dinner was amazing!!! We had the 'black spaghetti" - which is the squid ink spaghetti with shrimp, the fried octopus and crab soup. The seafood was fresh, well prepared and served piping hot. The... More
