Had a very nice experience dining at this cozy and well setup restaurant in San Isidro. My wife is a pesto specialist and her spaghetti with pesto was well prepared and tasty. We had a vitelo tonnato and I ordered the well rated urchin spaghetti. I agree to it being an excellent choice. Will definitely go back. Would only expect... More

I went there with a foreign colleague, the service was good but the food was not delicious as expected. The presentation looks nice but the flavor itself was on the average, nothing remarkable. On the other hand, I do recognize that the decoration of the restaurant is pretty nice and transports you to Italy, for sure! with that sophisticated touch.

You need to go there and try spaghetti with urchins, they are delicious. It is a simple dish with test of sea.

We've previously reviewed Symposium, but wanted to reiterate our positive review after a few subsequent visits. Highlights include the incredibly attentive service, the extensive winelist including several more unusual bottles (at least for Lima), and, of course, the amazing food. We think the best dish by far is the saffron ravioli with black truffle, but all the dishes were great.

I ran into this place after trying to get into 2 other restaurants, I'm so happy I found this hidden gem. This is fine dining so definitely focused on service, food quality and less on the fusion food trend. This place will go very far and will take very little time to be recognized as one of the best in... More

I had a wonderful dinner recently at Symposium and it’s on my list of restaurants to return to when I get a chance. Our table wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but the hostess seated us at the bar while we waited. The restaurant itself is fairly small and the majority of the tables are booths. There are a wide... More

The positive: there are some menu options that are delicious. The negative: portions are minuscule and getting smaller. The owner believes high cuisine is spoon size servings. And the quality of the food is obvious but is ruined when it is slow to come and often cold. The service is arrogant and therefore quite lacking.

Wonderful high Italian cuisine. The mozzarella has no comparison. The vitello tonnato was perfect. The spaghetti with urchin sauce is out of this world. And we topped it off with tiramisu! The service is always very good.
