We chose Incanto for our last meal in Cusco. Superb fusion italian-peruvian food! I highly recommend the alpaca with quinoa, and also to enjoy some great Pasta. Had a blast with some cocktails. Excellent service, thanks to Ludwin

This popular restaurant offers hardly any vegan options. I ended up having pasta marinara. The quinoa risotto sounded good, but is not vegan. Some more imaginative options would have been nice.

With all the restrictions you have, you should not visit this restaurant. Italians are not famous for the flexibility with their pasta making, unfortunately. Hope you have a good trip!
