As we had 45 minutes to spare before our reservation at Chicha we stopped over at Museo Del Pisco. I truly had the best cocktail there, herba, light fruity note and of course Pisco. I don't know what it was as we asked the bartender to recommend us something. He did not disappoint and made wonderful cocktails!

We stopped by based on other trip advisor reviews and were pleasantly surprised. The tapas that we ordered were KILLER. Honestly one of the best lunches of our trip and a total surprise. We had the duck prosciutto among, hummus and a couple others. Really loved it. The pisco sours are delicious.

This place has fantastic pisco sours on the menu. We tried the classic, one with pineapple, and one with passionfruit. All were equally delicious. Also had some small bites here for lunch and the food was great. Just know that this is a restaurant/bar and not a museum!

Although called museo del pisco, it is just a bar, not a museum. We actually went thinking of the pisco tasting that you can do, however we couldn't see this when presented with the Spanish cocktail menu so just ordered a cocktail each instead (both of which were lovely, strong and different to the usual). Whilst drinking this we see... More

This is the place for strong, well-made drinks. It's pricey, but if you're in the mood to choose from a variety of drinks in a popular place this is the spot.

Went there with 2 friends one evening. The list of cocktails is very long and includes some very tasty pisco (with chocolate, blueberry... you name it). And the live music sessions are a must!

I have spent a gastronomic evening eating beef heart anticuchos and trying several piscos, they have lots of recipes. althogh they insist on "maridajes" (beverage flavours matching food flavours) do not let them convince you, classic Pisco Sour is the best in hundreds. Very good service and environment.

We went to Museo del Pisco to have Pisco sours last night. We chose the classic Pisco sours and were not disappointed. I don't know whether they're the best in town - due to my limited experience - but can say they were excellent. The service was good too. I highly recommend this place

If you're looking for good Pisco, you have to go here. I recommend trying the spicy Maracuya sour ! Friendly staff and delicious food - all around it's just a great atmosphere.

We dropped into this place as it was near our hotel and it looked interesting. We had Pisco Sours (nice) and the barman was very nice and helpful, explaining the differences in Piscos and letting us sample some (very nice). We sat at the bar and watched him make various cocktails that he also let us sample some of those... More
