MAP Cafe was a 5 star experience all around! The food was outstanding, the service very professional, and the ambiance beautiful! From the warm towel that rose like dough to each course, it was outstanding. My husband decided if he was going to try alpaca in Peru, this was the place to try it, and they did not disappoint us.... My family and I came here on Christmas Eve, and we had an amazing experience. The restaurant is located in the courtyard of a museum, which was a beautiful setting. There was a set menu and it was delicious - they had a pork and vegetarian option that we all enjoyed. The service was friendly and attentive. I would highly... More

We had a refreshment at the Museum Cafe which was very nice. Set in the middle of the museum's courtyard, it is built very modern which actually combines nicely with its Spanish Colonial environment. Service is attentive and it is a nice place to rest for a while after the museum visit

We went here for a much anticipated honeymoon dinner but were very disappointed and left after just one course. The restaurant is in a glass box which makes it noisy. And even though they advertised an a la carte menu outside, when inside the only option available was a fixed price 3-course dinner which we didn't want. They did agree... More

Yes it is not cheap. But the quality of the food, the level of the service, the location and the interior are amazing. You should have dinner here if you visit Cusco.

We first went to Map Cafe in 2006, and loved it. We came back recently with our kids, and told them all about the glass hotel inside the museum. So, we brought them here with a lot of hype, and it did not disappoint. It was great in '06, but they have really upped their game, and it is even... More

One of the best restaurant that we visited. Excellent dishes with Peruvian ingredients paired nicely with good wines and drinks. Very good deserts.

This restaurant came highly recommended and it lived up to all the expectations. The dining experience was just as enjoyable as the food. If your in town make a reservation in advance.

I had lunch at the Map and describe it as quite different. Generally, I found the food in Peru not that nice but the Map has given its customers a new and exciting taste.More like a cuisine adventure. Its a modern twist on Peruvian food. Enjoyable yes, expensive yes, ambiance excellent. Should you try it, yes. But this Aussie would rather... More
