American style BBQ restaurant with smoker on the premises so you can smell the smoke as you walk in the grounds. The specialties are Ribs, pulled Pork, Brisket and amazing cakes. This is the only Smokehouse in Cuenca, we do 90% smoked items. Of course we have some items like sides and others that are ideal for those who don't like smoke so you can also come buy. The best french onion soup in Cuenca, made from a rich beef broth.

For those of us ex-Pats that are looking for good sauces for ribs this place is definitely a reminder of the US. On the downside we were very disappointed that the ribs were not directly off off of the smoker. they were re-heated with a...More
BBQ is something or a religion to Americans, that said I know that I'm going to ruffle a few feathers with this next comment, but here it goes. KC BBQ (that's Kansas City Bar-b-que) is arguably THE BEST BBQ in the entire world! Ironically, Bob&...More
