The restaurant was very busy and the meal we wanted to order had sold out. Instead we had prawn sandwich with cajun fries, the portion size was good and it was very tasty. The restaurant is quite quirky and set on three floors. The rooms...More

Thanks for coming by. Cone back and we can offer you our new private dining room INSIDE the Monastery where there is more space

The place looks cool and cosy. Their coffee was mediocre, home grown is not always superior. Prices were fair though, hence the 3 stars

The coffe is organic which has a different flavor. We are not Starbucks.

Smallest cafe I've ever been in, maybe 20 or so seats over a couple of floors. Charming and quirky place I only found through LP and Rough guides.

Ate here twice while in Quito. First time was OK. Burger was good. Burrito not so much. Neat small seating area. Service was slow. Ate here a second time as we could not find anything else open in the area. It took one hour and...More

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. I will look into this as it must have happened this past Saturday. We normally always have at least 2 workers present. But it Sounds like someone did not come yo work

We came for lunch. I had a fillet which was well cooked and my wife and son had a surf and turf dish. My daughter had a sandwich. We had researched it and it was nice and authentic. We waited quite some time for the...More

Thank you for coming. We must admit that our service is not the best...perhaps having 3 floors to climb puts us at a disadvantage. But....we do have our famous BELLS on each floor for service. I trust your waiter showed them to you. Even though...More

The best things about this cafe are it's quirkiness and craft beers. Set over three floors with a limited number of tables - it has a great ambience ( provided that you don't have a loud American woman on the next table to you as...More

We actually ate here twice because I wanted to give them a second try. The first time I ordered the jambalaya, which was awful. It was basically rice with a few sausages and grisly chicken thrown in and some spices. What's worse is that the...More

Sorry you had a bad experience but interesting how you came back....i think we remember you....the girl that was "needy and picky from Seatle". Do they serve Jambalya in Seattle? If i remember from our brief "enchanted" conversación....you had never been yo LA. I have...More

Seriously tasty food, tuna was perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing. The beer, which was from a micro brewery, was the best I had in Ecuador by a mile, and the quirky layout, decor, and architecture really leant this place a special atmosphere. The...More

We loved this place so much we went twice (usually we wouldn't do that!). Great food for reasonable prices. House red wine is delicious and owner is lovely. The building is quaint and cosy, we enjoyed the vibe in there. They have daily specials which...More
