You know you have arrive to a good restaurant when at the door they say Mr. Cardoso you are not only welcome, we were waiting for you. Unpretentious decor. Kitchen at your sight. Welcoming staff. You know you have arrived at a place that stands...More

A very interesting experience when talking about top restaurants. They use Chile´s endemic ingredients to creat the best-looking and - most of the times - great-tasting dishes. Since we arrived a little late, we had the short menu with wine pairing, so I think I...More

This was one of the most memorable meals I've had. My friend and I have been on a mission to try top rated restaurants in every city we visit, so of course we had to make sure we dined here for my friend's birthday. They...More

You go to Borago for the experience, not necessarily the food. You have the option of either a 6 course or a 9 course meal (which is actually like a 15 course meal due to the little snacks in between), with the option of a...More

Amazing food here. We had the tasting menu. Loved the Sweet Shrimp and foraged maqui berries and also the tender lamb, so succulent. We got some really good service, all in all a great experience.

The whole experience is amazing, The food is delicious and the service excellent in general. I only don't like one wine from the options, but they went really well with the food. All the team was really nice with us explaining every ingredient. Presentation was...More

Yes it is all very clever. Yes they forage for interesting and unusual foods from the coast, seas snails, sea-weed, different mushroom and fungai. The presentation is spectacular, with different staff presenting and explaining the provinence of each course or appetiser in between courses, but...More

The experience at Borago is similar to a visit in a contemporary art exhibition. Now Imagine that here you also use your sense of taste. At times the pieces of ‘art’ do not make sense but rather create an impact. They make you feel and...More

The restaurant has only 4 choices which are: 1. 6 courses 2 6 courses with wine pairings 3. 9 courses 4. 9 courses with wine pairings The dishes are both visually and tastefully creative. The meal is expensive but nice for foodies

I dined solo and had a great experience at the table. There was a bar but it was more of a waiting area. Also, it appeared there were some late walk in customers, so don't be deterred if you can't get a reservation. Call... More

Well to be honest 10 percent sevens to rule here but I break it often with Portland/NYC type service and go to 20 percent. All cards are accepted but save yourself the worry and don't even walk in Borago. It is a scam.
