The staff was super helpful & they spoke both English & Spanish. The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful & peaceful. On top of it all, the food was the best I've tasted in Chile, & some of the best food I've had in my life. This restaurant is not to be missed!

It is out of the way and 2 taxis would not take us to Vitacura, we arrived a bit late but we waited for a table to become free. The pisco sour at bar is strong! The service was great we had wine pairing done with the meal. No regrets except that it Is a long flight to return ...

My friends and I had dinner here during a layover in Santiago. The food and setting were terrific. We had several appetizers in addition to our main course. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was really good and the waitstaff very helpful.

Went to this restaurant with my wife for our anniversary and decided to try the tasting menu, 7 courses with wine pairing, the ambiance is quite informal but the food is out of this world. Chef Carolina Bazán really knows what she is doing. Service was great, friendly and prompt. Wine selection was excellent, no complaints. A fine dining experience.... More

I first knew this restaurant in 2015. I was so blown away by the daily menu that it became my favorite restaurant in Santiago. The techniques , using sous vide and foams were not to be seen in Santiago and the execution was amazing. A year later on a business trip I committed myself to not leaving without getting back... Quite simply, the best meal I've had in all my visits to Santiago. Beautiful setting, impeccable and attentive service, delicious food. I'm still thinking about the locos in parsley pesto, a simple, yet stunning dish, paired with a glass of local Semillon. Any day!

There are many well renowned restaurants in Santiago but very few that are capable of living up to their reputation. That said, Ambrosia excels at what it does without any doubt whatsoever. Their food is honest, unpretentious, and more importantly, full of flavor. While they don't have the trendy cool tasting many, they have food that tastes simply amazing and... More

I've been to this restaurant several times, since it is the fanciest one in a walking distance from the office. It is a very exclusive place, with refined menu and cordial service. That said, I have to say the food is good, but not excellent. I have eaten better food in less prestigious restaurants in Santiago. So, as an overall... More

Simply delicious!! Entrees, main course, desserts...anything you order is fabulous. Been back a couple of times and for sure will keep returning. Their service is fantastic and the restaurant is quite cozy. Great place to have a nice dinner with spouse or friends. Don't recommend you take kids, especially young ones.
