Sat down waited for 15 minutes not offered even a drink let alone food order. Got up left no one said a word, worst of all this restaurant had the least people in it of all in the area. I know why now, avoid at all costs.

Set beside the Singapore River, the restaurant offers very tasty food. The only slight criticism was the speed between courses, as we had not quite cleared the starter when the main arrived.

Service was good , we went off peak and were almost alone so extra service was available , can't knock the service or ease of booking . Alfresco outdoor setting and noisy fans all around . Heavily overpriced menu , you can get much better value almost anywhere outside the tourist hubs . I have never paid so much for... More

We were staying at the Novotel which is located just around the corner to Quayside Seafood restaurant. We were hanging out for Singapore chilli crab so decided to try it at Quayside. The restaurant was pretty empty the night we dined which was slightly worrying. The staff were very friendly & efficient . We also enjoyed a nice waterfront table... More

This restaurant has a location just at the entrance to Clarke Quay and we would have walked right past it was it not for the window displays of fresh seafood it has beside the eating area. We walked down a little further and could not see anywhere else with displays of seafood and we wanted to try the famous black... More

We held a company dinner here with staff & overseas visitor. Most dishes were poorly done. The king prawns were overlooked and became too hard, their specialty sambal kang kong has this "chaotah" (burnt) taste as the sambal was burnt, the buns for chili crabs were too oily and their chili crabs were just so-so only. The manager gave poor... More

3 of us ate here last night; chilli crab and a red grouper with one plate of seasonal veges. No complaints about the food, waiters needed prompted to bring bibs for crab, napkins finger bowls but one very hefty bill! So yes the restaurant is beautifully positioned on the waters edges, a real lure for visitors. My advice is to... More

I wanted to taste the infamous chili crab before leaving and so I found my way to the Quayside. The staff were very helpful and attentive and my waiter helped me select the best dish as well! My crab arrived and it was ginormous! And oh so delicious!!! And to top it off, the waiter heard organized a lovely chocolate... More

After walking around we chose this place for dinner. There are so many other choices near to choose. The food was a disappointment. Pretty expensive for the quality of the food. Wouldn't go back here
