Visited a few times and always had a good feed - the burgers are delicious and the kids menu a great deal with great food, a drink and a generous sorbet / ice cream really cheap.
We must have hit happy hour as got buy one get one free drinks that we had no idea about but was so nicely replaced by the wait staff quietly ... really good service

The Crossroads Cafe is one of the most high profile cafes in Singapore due to its incredibly busy passing trade location at Tangs Plaza.
The location, decor and ambiance are excellent. The menu is sufficiently varied to suit most people and the drinks menu similarly extensive.
The bar is quite expensive compared to most, which is solely due to location, location, location.
Our visit today as a couple seeking some refreshment after a day's shopping was a mixed experience.
Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I were greeted by a very rude waiter (Jeff) who was more intent on lecturing us about the social distancing laws rather than seeking to make us comfortably seated and well served.
Happily for us, we managed to receive more attention from the Manager, Nathan who unlike Jeff was very polite, professional and cautious. From then onwards, service from Bala was similarly professional, attentive and polite.
So, on the whole, I would recommend the Crossroads Cafe for visit for locals and tourists alike. We ordered club sandwiches for both of us and we were incredibly impressed with the standard of the food.
Beers and Gin & Tonics were also served professionally and with due care.
Thank you to Nathan and Bala for a memorable visit. Perhaps you can advise Jeff on how it should be done in future.

I have lunch here every visit to Singapore. I have to admit, I’ve only ever had the Nicoise Salad with tuna, it’s so good! It’s the best I’ve had anywhere and I always look forward to coming back here to have it again. Great service, friendly, professional and you’re never felt rushed. Shida looked after me last visit and was spot on. It’s a great place to sit and watch the world go by on Orchard Rd. Lovely, hot-out-the-oven bread with oil & balsamic is complimentary while you wait for your food. Decent wines on the specials too, so it’s ideal all round. Look forward to my next lunch here.

During our time in Singapore we have loved visiting the Crossroads Cafe!! It’s an open air cafe where you can watch the world go by - or keep tabs on the rain fall should you be unlucky enough to catch a quick downpour. The cafe has a great happy hour that lasts from 11am to 8pm with excellent food. If you sit at the bar you may be lucky enough to be served by Praveen or Jessica who are great bartenders. In fact we found all the staff very helpful!!!

I have always loved people watching at Crossroads. The cafe has been there on the corner of Tangs Plaza forever, the waiters are invariably cordial, the menu varied and reasonably priced. Such a shame then that the choice of background music yesterday was so awful, that kind of eardrum pounding bass sound which drives you nuts after a while. I hope my feedback to the restaurant manager does not fall on deaf ears ;) .Perhaps they could take a leaf from the PS Cafe playbook and their new restaurant at Raffles City where the incidental music is stylish, appropriate and as it should be, in the background.

I am a frequent customer of Crossroads bar and restaurant at the Marriott Tang Plaza.
Every time Shida is my waitress I can count on expedient, thoughtful and friendly seating and service.
Shida is extremely knowlegable about the menu, prices and specials. She is always friendly, kind and very professional.
Shida is valued asset to the Crossroads restaurant and Marriott and is one of the reasons I'm a frequent customer.
Shida is a testament to the successful hiring and training practices of Crossroads restaurant and Marriott.
I will also send Marriott management a copy of this recomendation to highlight one of their star employees.

Crossroads Cafe is an amazing place to wine and dine. Chefs Wei Xiang and Randy always prepare my favourite dish, Baramundi in creamy mushroom and spinach sauce to perfection. I try and make it a point to come here twice a week. Excellent food from the menu. Manager Nathan and his staff the waiters and waitress are very attentive. Plus they make amazing intoxicating shots for me and my friends. Excellent service from Crossroads. Thank you Marriot.

Crossroads Cafe locates on the lobby floor of Marriott Hotel Tang Plaza on Orchard road. Lots of menus (food and beverages) to pick from. The place gets crowded from time to time. Attentive staff and prompt service.

Tried the Asparagus salad with chicken and Wagyu Burger.
Salad was nice, chicken well seasoned. Wagyu Burger was unfortunately a real let down, lacking much flavour. As far as burgers go, this is quite poor compared to other options in Singapore.

My bf and I had celebrated our Valentine day at crossroad. To our surprise we are greeted with a couple of highly professional staff. Praveen who is a highly skilled bartender who is able to recommend the cocktail that suits my taste. At the same time jerome the crossroad manager constantly checked with us to ensure that we had the best dining experience. My bf and I will definitely be a regular diner here.

Ridiculous, I have been a regular of this establishment for 10+ years. The service is always great, the food is becoming deplorable. Firstly the menu hasn’t changed on 10 years.
Secondly the chef just doesn’t care on what gets served, the fish and chips is like mush, the burgers have more grizzle than meat, the pasta has more chilli than noodles, the curry chicken is tasteless, the hor-fun is corn starch, the chicken rice is salty and I can go on and on but will stop here!!!
PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

Food was ok but service was bad. Arrived at 9pm, the staff at the entrance told us immediately there was no more table. We pointed out an empty table right in front, and he said, the guest had gone to the restroom. It was only after i pointed out to him at least two more empty tables that he finally had no choice, but to let us in. Ok, there were at least three empty tables for up to four guests each. And that first empty table never had any returning guest from the restrooms. We spoke to the Manager about what happened, also highlighting that we were house guests. He brushed us aside, and never came back to us ever!
Was it because it was near closing hours? We left at about 10pm. From 9pm to 10pm, we saw at least three more tables of guests being admitted. They were luckier than us, nobody told them to go away. Was it because of covid control? Nope, safe social distance observed, there was no big crowd, we were wearing masks, and it was just two of us, wanted to grab a bite before going back to our room.
Utterly disgusted to get this from Marriott. Honestly even Courtyard would have done much better.

This is a nice cafe. There is a good variety of meals and snacks and it's convenient when staying in Orchard Road. The portions are quite substantial as well.
The staff are very helpful. It was busy because Singapore was very crowded; the Chinese New Year celebrations were taking place.

The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. They have made my friends and I feel so welcome and special.
In particular the manager, Mr. Nathan, the waiter and waitress, namely Venky, Krishnan, Sheeda and Praveen. A huge thank you to all of you for always making us feel so welcome.
I would also like to mention that the lobster (part of the sea food specials ) is really delicious!!

We stopped by twice yesterday 12-01-23.
First for a drink and enjoyed sitting at the front people watching sipping on a Tiger beer listening to great music.
Second stop we decided to have some dinner. All the dishes we ordered were tasty and very flavoursome and yes we would order them all again. Washed down with a refreshing Tiger radler or two 😋
The staff were mostly attentive. However, we didn't appreciate every time we asked one of the male waiters for something he clicked his fingers at a female waitress and asked her to serve us, he never served us once from all the times we stopped him. We did see him serving male diners and topping up their water. We felt it was beneath him to serve us two women. This needs to change!!
The guy in the black suit who seemed to be managing the floor was great and he recognised and acknowledged us that we'd been in earlier in the day.
Yes, it is expensive but it's attached to a hotel. We would definitely eat here again.
