There were many mixed reviews of Tian Tian Seafood Market. Some swear by it, some swear at it. I decided to give it a try with my family. As they open daily at 5pm, we couldn't call to book beforehand in the daytime. Their menu was kinda intimidating with many pages. I had the Live Prawns in Drunken Soup @$24 for 300g of prawns. The prawns were indeed fresh and the soup was legit with many herbs in it as well. Kids may not like this though. Their Lobster in Superior Broth 上汤 was good too as you get to taste the freshness inside and the broth on the outside. We tried their chilli crabs with buns as this is one of the staple seafood in Singapore. The crabs were fresh but sadly, their sauce wasn't that delicious. I loved the Banboo Shell Clams as they were meaty and succulent, and tasted real good. To me, this is the dish which i will definitely recommend over here. I also had the Crispy Noodles 生面 with Beef Briskets 牛腩 as i thought that's pretty special. It was well done but the Briskets were quite tough and chewy. Overall, it was good as everything was fresh and you get to see the fishes swimming. Depending on what you order, it can be affordable for simple dishes but it can also go beyond $1,000 per table. The boss and staff were very patient and helpful though they were overwhelmed. I was extremely relieved for them that no Safety Ambassadors came to do their rounds 😅😅😉. #choowai2021 #wongchoowai #wongchoowaieats #seafoodlover #tiantianseafood #sgfoodinfluencers #sgfoodbloggers #dinnerrecipes #yummydinnertime #crabsofinstagram #chillicrab #prawns #drunkenprawns #dinnertable #clams #clam #bambooclam #sgseafoodrestaurant

Repeated customer. Good place for quality Tze char, fish steamboat and fresh seafood which opens till late at 3am. I would always order their seafood tanghoon and the salt and pepper fried beancurd sticks. Remember to request for their sambal chili which is super shiok! The other dishes my dining party of 3 ordered were steamed bamboo clams and stir fry Kai Lan. All’s good too. My type of comfort food in the middle of the night.

We went there on 7 Dec to have fishhead hotpot. Realised they also serve geoduck sashimi, we decided to add this most expensive item, amongst other dishes. The geoduck sashimi has stinky taste. So we decided to dip into the hotpot but the stinky taste doesn't go away. We then feedback to an uncle (short-sleeve, folded up white shirt) who took order from us. He explained that "with a bit stinky taste because it is fresh! We don't know how to eat!" Three of us couldn't finish the geoduck which is the most expensive dish that night. Fishhead hotpot was good though. Will not return.

As usual, ordered my regular - nai lai chicken cutlet (curry like Thai spiced sauce), the seafood tang hoon and salt&pepper beancurd sticks. Additionally, ordered chili crab + fried man tou, salted egg prawns (deshelled) and fried ginger frog legs as had friends from Australia stopover in Singapore who wanted to try Singapore food. This dining place style is more Hong Kong style adopted Singapore flavours which my partner and I frequent. The chili crab had a slightly spicy punch to it which I love and nice egg dropped sauce which soaked up nicely with fried man tou. They served fried big sliced man tou instead of small man tou but no biggies. The fried ginger frog legs flavourful and crispy, good as a beer snack. The salted egg prawns was decent, nothing much to shout out for.

A nice restaurant but it did lack any wow factor. It was basic, however there was absolutely no issues with the service or the quality of the food. A bit pricey, but the food was worth it

We order fish hotpot and the fish meat was so soft and mushy. We feedback to the owners and the answer was “fish from the sea is like that”. We asked them to taste and the comment was “no fishy smell le”. Goodness! You mean you would only throw away the fish when it’s rotten. They simply refused to accept feedback on the poor quality of their food. We left the fish on the plate, paid and left. Never never never that we will step into this place. Bad quality of food!!!

Really slow service, my wife was served her meat, mine was served 5 minutes later, after another 5 minutes rice was served. They gave us a free drink but then had to ask three times for bill. Quite expensive $90, food was good but spoilt by above

We ordered Satays and green mango salad. The satays were pretty poor quality. The green mango salad was just ok, nothing fancy. The only really decent thing about the restaurant was the view by the river. The price was extremely high, especially given the quality of the food. Would not eat here again.

Visited recently... 4 adults and 1 kid, we had a wide variety of dishes ranging from Chili crab with deep fried man tou, Egg & Prawn, Hotplate toufu, claypot beef brisket, and garlic veg. The chili crab stole the show...!! All in, it was just over SGD$110.00!! I though this was very reasonable!

Larger restaurant with seating inside and outside. Reasonable selection to choose from. The dishes we ordered were both very tasty and the service was pretty good. The venue, whilst large, lacked character and ambience. Felt more like a large canteen. Seemed fairly popular and although not our favourite venue, we have nonissue in returning for another meal

There were 14 of us. 11 adults and 3 children We were noisy, took up quite a bit of space. They were more than happy to make dishes as per how it was requested. The fish were ridiculously fresh, given it was alive just a few minutes before being cooked. Now taste wise, it again isn’t the best I’ve ever eaten. But the whole experience was positive and they were very happy to accomodate. Price was fair probably very affordable if you compare it with the other restaurants in Singapore
