First time trying Moroccan cuisine. The Lamb Mechoui was beautifully presented, with the roasted lamb arranged in a visually appealing manner. The dish was accompanied by fresh herbs and a variety of side dishes, adding to its visual appeal. The flavor of the Lamb Mechoui was exceptional. The seasoning was spot on, with a perfect balance of spices that enhanced the natural taste of the lamb without overpowering it. Each bite was a delightful mix of savory and aromatic flavors, showcasing the skillful use of Moroccan spices. Overall, the Lamb Mechoui was an outstanding dish that highlighted the best of Moroccan cuisine. The combination of tender, flavorful meat and expert seasoning made it a memorable dining experience. It's a dish I would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the rich culinary traditions of Morocco. Best paired with semolina. The crew’s warmth, efficiency, and professionalism made us feel valued and well taken care of. We left the restaurant not only satisfied with the delicious food but also deeply impressed by the top-notch service. Thank you to the entire service team for making our visit so memorable!

As soon as you enter Naema a little magic is happening! The restaurant is very well decorated with an extra touch of a orange blossom smell (Will bring you back to your Morrocan holiday! ) The service were professional and smiling, thanks to Sara! My colleague get the Coucous and did not leave a single piece behind ( I guess it was good) and I had the Chicken tajine (generous portion as well as very tasty and balanced flavours). The wine list has a wild variety and reasonable prices. I managed to stole a bit of my colleague dessert Apple Croustillant and I did not regret it!!!! Overall very happy to find a good Morrocan restaurant in town! I will be back for sure!

+ Lovely food and comfortable seating at the alcoves. Royal couscous was generously portioned and delightfully meat and veg heavy. The lamb tagine was expertly seasoned and hearty. Excellent service. Espresso martini hit the spot. - sardines were delicious but only had 2 for $22. The couscous needed a bit more of the soup on the side as it’s quite dry without it. But these are small niggles

Great first visit to Naema! I will most definitely come back! Girlfriends and I shared a small board which is 2 cold + 1 warm plate (can see photo attached!) and 2 small starters was perfect for lunch. All the dishes were tasty, delicately flavored with the right balance of salt, spice, creaminess etc. wine list is small but has everything you would need for a good casual meal as well as affordable (not staring at a list of >$100 bottles for once!!!) Atmosphere is great- loved the decoration and staff like Sheina (who we knew from one of her previous posts!) was great. Want to come back and try more courses for dinner!

Charming indoor setting and friendly staff. But the tagines we ordered were poor. We sent them back as they were tepid, with little meat or flavor. They came back pretty much the same. The vegetarian couscous was also bland. We should have complained in the restaurant - we thought they would ask why none of the mains were touched - but as we were guests of another couple we didn’t want to make a fuss. We spoke and wrote to the restaurant but never received a reply. Disappointing. Based on that experience we wouldn’t recommend and are genuinely surprised by some of the reviews.

We had quite of food lamb, chicken, burrata and prawn but the vegetarian couscous stood out , it was cooked and presented perfectly and the chicken pasilla was just amazing too.. Amazing authentic food. Everything was made to perfection and fyi they dont add salt into their signature dishes- flavour comes from a unique spice blend from the chefs mom. Great service, one of the best dinners I’ve had 👍👍👍 Do yourself a favour and get the pistachio dessert. Literal perfection Only downside is portions are slightly small for the price

Fantastic food prepared on order. We sat at the kitchen counter and had the privilege of watching the chefs at work. What a treat to see them garnish each dish with some much love and precision. What stood out was the falafel in our vegetarian cous cous - slightly moist, slightly crumbly, and packed with flavour - absolutely perfect! A very pretty atmosphere for date nights and celebrations too. Last but not least, friendly service.

Went to dine in with family at Naema Moroccan Restaurant and we love it a lot. The Food selection was great and the way it was presented looks very authentic. Kuddos to the Chef's effort and professionalism in making the food. Chef Watson even explain the ingredients and bit of history of the food that makes it even special. The ambience of the restaurant is perfect, I love the aesthetic design and not to mention the service of the ladies there Sheila and Sara. Thank you for the warm smile and attentive service. We will definitely back to try other menus and for the yummy Moroccan desserts. See you again soon!

Finally get to try the Moroccan - Mediterranean style restaurant at Keong Saik. From the dips, starter, main course to dessert - they are nothing short of amazing flavour with balanced spice, curated for a great gastronomy journey. My personal favourite would be the Moroccan pepper dips, hummus and baby octopus, very fragrant and flavourful. Feel like I want to buy the dips back for my next day breakfast :) well as for the starters, I like the tuna tartare with avocado, it’s different from other place, it’s interestingly spicy but blend well overall. As for the main, the Moroccan Cous Cous is so good, the lamb is so tender and juicy. As for the dessert, I like the pistachio, not too sweet and it just ended the night with a nice touch. And don’t forget to order the Moroccan Rose wine, something can’t usually get around the region. Overall, my friends and I had a blast there, service is good, ambience is nice. Would definitely come back for more.

Great ambience. Food was fantastic. Our first bottle was a Moroccan wine - pretty nice. First time at Naema but my friends and I were treated like VIPs by the staff. Especially Sarah. Often checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our evening. Had a Naema Board - Baby octopus, Moroccan Cigars, and Zaalouk (eggplant) were delicious. Royale Couscous didn’t disappoint. The Lamb Mechoui was the highlight of our evening. (Thank you, Sarah) Slow roasted lamb shoulder - juicy, tender & completely yummy. With a nice red (we had moved to a French red), it was soooo satisfying. OMG… I’m salivating as I’m recollecting…

As a first-timer to Moroccan cuisine, I loved every moment at Naema. The Moroccan Couscous was perfectly fluffy with tender lamb and aromatic spices. The dips with Khobz bread were fantastic, especially the Smokey Muhammara, Honey & Pistachio Feta, Taktouka, and Marrakech Hummus. I also enjoyed the Smoked Tuna Tartare and Honey & Figs Burrata. The desserts were out of this world, particularly the beautiful Pistachio & Raspberry Paris-Brest. Highly recommend Naema for a delightful Moroccan dining experience!

We came across Naema by chance while walking around china town. Our experience was really great, we had the chef suggest the dishes and we took the tasting from 3 dishes as an appetizer (humus, peppers and hot cheese rolls) to follow the couscous in the Moroccan version. the restaurant has an open kitchen and we were sitting on the counter in front of the cooks. Carefully prepared dishes and watching them cook enchants you. Super recommended! High price but well spent
