This will be one of the most heartfelt reviews I have ever written. Because it’s there with the most professional, genuine and outstanding service I have ever encountered in Singapore. Every single member of staff was of the highest calibre. But Angelo is a very special person at the top of this profession. We absolutely remember 100 percent having had the pleasure of being served by him before at another leading establishment on multiple occasion. Marina Bay Sands are super lucky to have acquired his talent and we are super lucky to have had him tonight. I will not forget this experience.
We were regular customers of DB Moderne before its closure so we were delighted to come here and see the menu was a little familiar but even better!
Happy to see oysters on the menu but didn’t have them tonight as I was exceptionally hungry as we were let down by the overcrowding in Koma! So I ordered the scallop, my husband the escargot (wow!!! Best snails ever) and we had the monkfish and pigeon. What incredible food!! Beyond incredible. The acidity on the snails from then tomatoes was amazing and something new to us. Pigeon had a beautiful, warming, Winter and festive vibe as this is seasonal in the UK right now so reminded us of home.
We LOVE the baked Alaska it’s a must and we appreciate the madeleines from the chef very much.
Highly recommend the Bonsai Bloom cocktail as super refreshing and overall we felt the value for money was absolutely exceptional.
Do not hesitate to come here, the decor, ambience, food, service is excellent and they have their own bathroom. (This drives me crackers in some places)
Can’t wait to come back and Angelo, THANK YOU for a memorable night and for remembering us and for sharing your stories with us. Can’t wait to return.

My friend and I had a fantastic dinner last night. The food was great! We loved the truffle cheese gougere presented at the start of the meal, and we both had the lobster bisque which was divine. And citron pistache dessert was absolutely gorgeous. Even better were the cocktails, so many to choose from and the three we tried were absolutely fabulous; I’ll be back just to try more!
But the highlight of the night was the service we received from Aria. She was warm and friendly, knowledgeable about both the drinks and the food menus, and anticipated our needs before we even has to ask. She also thoughtfully offered us another couple gougeres after we raved about them, and surprised us with a bowl of delicious madeleines warm out of the oven. Honestly, it was some of the best service I’ve had in Singapore and one of the main reasons I’ll be returning and recommending to my friends!

Staff who are attentive and show great knowledge of the dishes on menu, provide good recommendation.
Food and drink that are fresh and of good quality. Highly recommend the seafood platter (petit), the spicy tomato pasta and selection of cocktails, end with port wine and dessert meringue.
Ask for upper deck seating with fantastic waterfront view, acoustic is good for conversation speech and good selection of background music.

Maison Boulud at Marina Bay Sands, helmed by Chef Remy Carmignani, offered an unforgettable dining experience that surpassed expectations. We had a delightful evening, savoring the exquisite flavors and impeccable service.
The ambiance is a great mix of warmth and sophistication, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The attentive staff ensured our comfort throughout the evening, adding to the overall charm of the dining experience.
We began with Maison Boulud's traditional seafood platter, which surpassed our already high expectations. Each element of the platter was impeccably fresh and meticulously presented, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and excellence. Special mention for their oysters selection !
We couldn't resist to order Beef Rossini, a French classic perfectly executed.
To conclude our meal on a sweet note, we savored the famous warm Madeleine, a nostalgic treat with delicate texture and comforting flavors which left us craving for more. Additionally, the Pistachio and Lemon Vacherin provided a refreshing yet indulgent finale.
We look forward to returning to Maison Boulud for another culinary journey soon.

We dined here to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We did a pre-fix brunch and food was pretty generous! The course started with freshly squeezed orange juice and croissants. Boy boy, they were the best croissants we have ever eaten including the ones we had had in Paris. The white asparagus was so beautiful and lobster bisque was so so delicious. Again, the appetizers were pretty generous. We picked filet mignon and salmon for our main course and they were practically melting in our mouths. We finished up with chocolate lava cakes and they brought us extra macaroons with happy anniversary written in chocolate on the plate, and that was a nice touch. Chelle, Maricel, and Aria were so friendly and attentive. They made us feel like VIPs. Thanks ladies and thanks Madison Boulud for wonderful food and dining experience!

It was a casual lunch, a chance encounter with an unassuming restaurant entrance. The maitre d was very welcoming, and we were seated inside before realizing it was a 4.7 star rating in google maps. We had the set lunch menu - had fresh oysters from France, followed by a lobster roll, then pork tenderloin and crispy porchetta as mains (& a salmon dish) and last molten lava chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was well portioned, for the price paid, it was well worth it. We booked dinner reservations for the following week with the intent of trying out the other dishes in the menu. If you have one chance to eat at Marina Bay Sands Shopping Mall, you won’t regret going to Maison Boulud.

The food and ambience at Maison Boulud was good. Our server - Olivia - was very attentive to our dietary requirements and was able to recommend food that met our requirements. The menu is different from its predecessor, but the food was cooked well.

What an amazing experience.
I will start with the obvious. The food was spectacular from start to finish (both visually and in taste) and the madeleines at the end were the perfect touch.
The service was just enough so that we always felt like someone was there when we needed something but not too much either giving us our own space.
The general atmosphere of the restaurant was the cherry on top. I was a bit sceptical of eating in a mall at first but you completely forget about it once you enter the restaurant.
I highly recommend.

A visit to the new location and rebranded Maison Boulud (previous DB Bistro).
Was welcomed by a couple of people at the front door by some of the staff members who pleasently recognised by my name, though I had only been there on a couple of occasions before. Maison Boulud had undergone an entire face-lift, with 2 floors of dining space.
We've had a couple of aperitifs at the bar with some "amuse-bouche" before heading to our table in the private room. It was a wine dinner and sat around likeminded wine enthusiast of 10 guests. We were introduced around the table, sat down, wines poured - And came our 1st course of the "degustation" menu prepared for the evening. Was a nice touch when some of the dishes served table-side, and finished personally by the head chef himself (Remy) and their general manager (Toni). Food was well presented and product driven.
Service was attentive without being intrusive.
The evening ended with us heading back to the bar with a couple more glasses of wines and a conversation with the sommelier (Tanesh). A pleasant evening dining at Maison Boulud - Exchanging stories at a table amongst wine lovers with the presence of Mr.Hubert de Bouard.

As an associate working in one of the best hotel in the world, I am totally proud to dining with one of the finest restaurants in here.
Straight to the point, I was walked in without any reservations during weekend but surprisingly I managed to get the table by the assistance from Chandelle ( correct if I’m wrong.
She brings me to the nice middle table of the restaurant and she taking my drink order immediately. She totally impressed myself by giving a great suggestion of the mock-tail.
Thank you Chandelle for your hospitality.
Then, I have been approached by one of the wonderful server name Michelle a.k.a Chelle.
She is the one giving me a suggestion for the foods that I need to order according to my diet restrictions.
Main course i did order for Salmon, dessert i managed to order sour mousse. The dessert so awesome but of course the main course definitely is the best.
Chelle is very friendly, concerns about the foods that I am taking and so passionate about on her work. Thank you Chelle.
Highly recommended to have a service from both of them.
Last but not least, thank you for the chef that prepared my dinner too.
Definitely I will suggested and highly recommended this restaurant to the rest of my relatives, friends and clients.

This is quite a new place .We went for a romantic dinner and were able to get a table on the upper level which is nice as you get to see the Marina Bay Area as well. This is supposed to be a French restaurant- but i think the menu lacks what any real French feel. It’s more modern European and as a result it feels quite disjointed. It’s in the MBS shopping complex, so price wise I expect it to be on the higher side, but the steak in particular is very pricey versus other offerings in Singapore and MBS. The food we had was OK, and cooked well, but when you are charging the prices here then I do feel it needs to be more differentiated.
Service was good and attentive. Will we return- probably not for a while and only if they sort the menu offering out.
