Lovely ambience that captures the natural beauty of the Greek islands in the blue and white theme.
Ordered the beef moussaka with eggplant, beautifully gratinated cheesy top and tasty filling. While waiting had the vine leaves with glutinous rice filling, served with a generous amount of fragrant olive oil. Finished off with a slice of the orange cake, moist and fragrant with, hopefully, blood orange which Greece is famous for, and 2 cups of Cappuccino, full-bodied with cinnamon topping. Warm/cold water generously served, sparkling cutlery and crockery.
Marvelous service from the manager Sam and his friendly crew. Pricey at $84 thereabouts but worth it for the authentic food, ambience and wonderful service. Wide menu very much appreciated for future visits

We visit Blue Kouzina, Siglap for the first time in December 22.
I was recently opened - we know Blue Kouzina from another location in Singapore and we wanted to test also this location.
The service by Akshay was very courteous and attentive.
The Food was good as always @Blue Kouzina.
Currently they are offering via Chope some vouchers - that makes our dinner even more affordable!
Good value for money.

We were a group of 5 and enjoyed a platter of 3 dips with pita, chicken liver, moussaka and a small meat platter. The food was fresh and good (the chicken liver was super tender) and servings were generous - we were stuffed by the end of it all!
The decor was lovely - had a homely Greek tavern feel to it. We were able to enjoy 3 leisurely hours on a Tuesday night without being rushed (though normally diners are expected to dine within 1.5h).
We liked that the service was attentive and personal too: Uncle Bob recommended dishes according to our preferences and group size so we didn't end up ordering too much food.
Hope to be back next time to try the salads that the Greeks are known for!

Generally the ambience of the restaurant is excellent.
We were courteously greeted and led to our table.
What struck me immediately was there didn’t seem to be a bar within easy sight. I was looking to see they carried Grey Goose vodka because I don’t BYO since the corkage was an unusually high $50 per bottles. You’d find corkage charges like this in establishments where the average price of alcoholic beverages is higher than most.
By then we were being greeted by a very affable and friendly guy who I immediately assumed to be Uncle Bob , a character I had heard about from my friend. Uncle Bob joked about and made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Once we were settled in we elected to have beer and wine. The beer part was enough enough. We sought the advise of Uncle Bob for a bottle of wine.
This is when Uncle Bob switched to a completely different person and literally insisted that we order a $158 bottle of wine which he kept calling “ Magnum”. On the several instance we pointed to a $ 98 bottle, he would steer us right back to the Magnum. And because we had started joking with him and he with us, he made a couple of light jibes including “ don’t tell me the bottle finish” when we spoke of the $98 bottle which was 0.75 litre and the Magnum twice that.
Anyway we ordered the Magnum.
The food was very good although we thought the 800-900 gram baked fish a little over the top for a party of 5 especially since we ordered quite a few dishes.
When we asked for dessert we were recommended a selection and that’s when Uncle Bob reasserted himself and insisted that we must order 2 orders. When I asked him what happens if only 2 diners eat there and want a single order. He jokingly said “ we make them order 3 plates”. I am not sure if he was joking.
We found our later that there’s a bar but the bottles are concealed in wooden bar. What is within sight is a bunch of red wine bottles and be prepared to have your first glass warm because the bottles are not from a wine cooler but on a counter.
A nice place to go to but it’s best that you draw the line with Uncle Bob and make it clear that whilst you’re open to his suggestions, you will not be dictated to.

Really brought us back to Greece. With the pandemic, this was a great experience which transported us to a happy place.
Food and service were both 100%. As I was expecting, we ordered the meat platter well done and the meats turned out juicy and tender. The lamb was exceptional. Salad was fresh. I think the olive oil used made all the difference.
The wait staff are super friendly without being overly imposing, especially Uncle Bob. He made our meal so much more enjoyable. Will definitely be back. Hopefully in a bigger group when the rules allow to try out more dishes.

The restaurant was nice and personnel kind but they allow you to stay only for 1.5 hour. They bring all food together. Dinner becomes a stressful experience and the prices including alcohol make this a very expensive dinner and outing for 1.5 hour in case you take many starters, fish and wines…
There are other greek restaurants that allow you to stay more and enjoy the greek food the way we enjoy it in Greece.

Went for the first time with my family.
The atmosphere is pleasant and calming, and the food is great.
We had the Kebab Platter (M), the Hummus with 2 portions of Crispy Pita, as well as the Greek Yogurt. I especially enjoyed the Kebab as the meat is cooked just right, and the sauce that came with the platter fits well to complement the taste.
Our time here is made more enjoyable as we received great service from Michelle as she took time to explain to us the details of each dish and provide recommendations.
Will be back to try out the rest of the menu

We visited Blu Kouzina at Siglap earlier this evening for dinner with my family and they couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the food is. The ingredients are super fresh and the quality is great. We had the Kale Wonderland Salad , Chicken Meatballs , 3 dip platter with Pita , Chicken skewers and Phyllo pastry and everything was super delicious. The ambience is aesthetically done in the typical Greek style with blue and white.
But what stood out to us and is the reason we will definitely be back to this branch is the unmatched service by the staff. Special shout out to AKSHAY … he was so prompt in taking the orders , giving us great suggestions and making sure all our requests are taken care of. He is a great asset to the restaurant as the only differentiator in the food business is the service and it was impeccable tonight. Thank you …and we can’t wait to be back with our friends and family soon.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Siglap. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your
experience and is a great help when it comes to ordering and made sure we experienced the right food as 1st timers. Jubin who attended to us was patient and helped us get a good idea of the food and portions as we didn't want to order a lot and
afterwards waste food.The food is absolutely
amazing , the meat quality in the beef kebab was truly mouth watering, it melted in our mouth.Jubin was also very friendly and didn't rush us through our meal even though it was almost its closing time. His kindness and service is so rare this days that we highly recommended this
restaurant and it's staff to everyone who wants a really nice n comfortable dining experience.Faizal the manager was also on hand to make sure we were well taken care off n constantly checked in on us.

It was our first time dining at the newly open outlet at Siglap.
I must say it was truly an amazing experience being my birthday celebration.
We were greeted by Uncle Bob who not only, recommended us to the menu's special but engaged us throughout our dinner session. We felt taken care of throughout the evening.
I am grateful for such an amazing experience by Uncle Bob. In short, we came as strangers but left as the best of friends.

Went for the first time with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. First look at the interior decor and the place brings Greece vibes and atmosphere.
We ordered a variety of food, including items such as their dips and pita, grilled octopus and kebab platter. The dip was amazing, especially the Tirokafteri which we can't get enough of. The grilled octopus was surprisingly tender and delcious, while the kebab was well seasoned and flavourful.
The service from the staff is amazing as well, being attentive to us, especially Uncle Bob who was also funny and helpful. The staffed surprised my mom with a small complimentary cake as well.
Will be back in the future to try the rest of the menu!

Amazing, healthy, fresh food. We had a vegetarian pasta with wine in it, grilled chicken salad with quinoa and chicken skewers with pita bread for lunch - very tasty. The restaurant is tastefully laid out decorated with ornaments from Greece. The restaurant owner and waiters were very friendly and accommodating to us. The location is also in a nice, suburban area that is not crowded or dense. Will love to dine at again.

Brought my family to Blu Kouzina Siglap to celebrate Father's Day and the experience was phenomenal. We were served by Uncle Bob who was extremely helpful in suggesting food recommendations for my family to try. My dad thoroughly enjoyed himself and loved the lamb chop in the meat platter which was flavourful and tender. Another top favourite was the cheeseballs (which is currently not in the official menu)! It is a mixture of 3 different cheeses that were fried to perfection, absolutely delicious!!! My family definitely hopes to see the cheeseballs make its way into the official menu! Highly recommend this place, and please do look for Uncle Bob! He really elevated the whole atmosphere and made my family feel at home.

A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. I'll start with the food, which was delightful. The host ('Uncle Bob') and our waiter recommended the lamb chops, which was beautifully cooked and seasoned to perfection. My partner had the chicken kebab, again perfectly seasoned, and was very satisfied. For starters we ordered the hummus, which was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. The portion was generous, and the pitta bread, so often an afterthought in this kind of establishment, was fantastic.
Unfortunately there was no room for dessert as we were full, but the aperol spritzers we ordered went down very nicely.
The service was top notch; the waiting staff were friendly and attentive, and we were well looked after by Crystal and Uncle Bob. Combined with the lovely decor and ambience, this is a restaurant I will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent service from Marissa! She was helpful, attentive made some food recommendations that ended us re-ordering a second round of french lamb cutlet. The meat was tender and juicy. Ambiance was nice too except for the noise level. Found background music jarring. We could barely hear each other across the table.
