The coconut chutney had definitely turned ! Probably from keeping it for two days. Go to MTR instead. Cleaner and tastier.

Impersonal service - even unpleasant . Quality of their specialty - idlis - not anywhere near what they used to be. They have lost a lot of loyal clients

Average per person cost with dessert will be about S$15 but can be a bit lower based on the no of items and hunger level..

Too early to make a judgement for the hospitality they have earned. They are known to serve people at reasonable rates. Their purpose is very clear : serve food. As Subham said; this may be a One-Off situation.
