Like all the previous reviews, great fish head curry, great naan, but also very good dal (yellow peas) and paneer, and for lovers of innards, great chicken liver curry, although as a bonus, there was also chicken gizzards included. Generally great value for money.

I’ve been to this restaurant two or three times back in the day, and keep returning - I don’t really know why. It has absolutely no atmosphere, the toilet facilities (shared with the rest of the market) are indescribable but the food is always good...More

Terribly disappointed. Took a guest for the Fish head curry. The fish did not seem fresh. Other ordered dish never showed up. The lime juice was another horrible concentrated drink. And the bill created more frustration on top of the poor food/poor service/poor attitude.

The quantity was pretty good for 2 people, plus they served extra vegetable, but it was not that tasty. It was a cheap eat compared to Singapore standards though.

We came here with high expectations but we were disappointed. The fish head curry was terrible and the Tandoori Chicken was tasteless. I gave these people so many chances to improve on their fish head curry but I’m never coming back here again because I’ve...More

With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of
Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander
past traditional barbershops while local residents in
brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from
decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful
shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge.
Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts
and take in the stalls selling bright flowers,
