Popular noodle shop, was fully packed when we went during lunch time. I had the signature wonton noodles (soup version). Overall, the shrimp wontons and soup base were good but do note that the noodles are cooked al dente so some may find it a...More

This noodle shop is located in Wan Chai, with a long history making the traditional wonton noodle, starting from 1950, and until today still insist in making the noodle on their own, using the original method of 'bamboo kneading', where the master sits on a...More

The shopfront looks very unassuming and very typical of many Hong Kong restaurants, small and packed. We were literally sitting side by side and squeezed, but this is Hong Kong and it seems like it’s like that everywhere apart from the upscale restaurants. The place...More

Al dente noodles and tasty won tons. Around since 1950, they forgot to sink any of their profits back into basic improvements over time. This place is worn and a little dirty. Clearly has character and the food was interesting, just don't expect kept or...More

This place has been going since 1950 and not much has changed. The noodles speak for this restaraunt, not the decor or ambience. Great housemade noodles at cheap prices Frequented by the locals, not a tourist trap.

Went there last night for a late snack. We had 3 dishes. Food was good and tasty, wonton noodles were great to be honest, rest was all right. Service is a bit brutal, only speaks cantonese and not trying any mandarin or english at beginning...More

I thoroughly recommend this 50 year old family run restaurant on your HKG itinerary. We had some won-ton noodles- that were cheap as chips and so tasty. The menu did look very extensive. You can eat here very well for not too much money

It's a humble looking place with its own local following. For decades, locals have been eating their wonton noodles here for about US$6 a bowl. Tasty and satisfying! Personally, I recommend the fried fish skins for about US$4. Don't leave Hong Kong without a bowl.

Good local noodles with a little queue as this place is famous for its michelin-starred noodles. Meat was tender and went well with the noodles.

A Hole in the wall kind of place that serves a decent bowl of noodles. No frills, bring your own napkins, expect to share a table and get basic customer service. Be ready the minute you sit down, because they don't five you a lot...More
