The food here is very well presented and tasty. Highly recommend the iberico roast pork (if you don't mine paying $$$ for it). The restaurant does provide high chairs but not plastic cutleries for kids. Their service was great. We asked for them to bring out the food as quick as they can as it was quite late and we... More

The food is very tasty and generously portioned; the turnip and fried rice dishes stood out for me. Service was good. Slightly more expensive than your typical HK dim sum eatery, but you're paying for a great view and an appealing setting with high ceilings, traditional furniture and a classical feel, and of course a slight premium for being in... We had an exquisite lunch to celebrate a happy occasion. Our host was most gracious and ordered a sumptuous meal for us. We had dim sum to start with, followed by foie gras crackers, crab claws on steamed egg, braised lamb, crispy fried chicken, two vegetables dishes and two deserts. I was amazed by the the wok-fried glutinous rice which... More

Had a business lunch at Cuisine Cuisine and really wasn't impressed... we had the executive lunch set (too lazy to pick out the dishes), which included Chinese style roasted pork and pork belly, fish, tofu, vegetables, and some meats. The soup was swallow nest but the waiters were setting tables next to us and all the dust came up from... More

Had lunch with my uncle and aunt at cuisine cuisine. It's quite different from your typical dim sum restaurant as it had a few new dishes which was unusual but very nice and delicious. It had a beautiful view of the big wheel and the fair ground. This would look even more beautiful by night.

Went on a Monday night with 10 colleagues. Uninspiring Chinese food with little or no taste. A lot but that was basically it. No atmosphere in the room. Good view of the harbor.

This restaurant was referred to us by a friend. The servers there were very polite and friendly. If you are not familiar with Chinese food, please don't hesitate to ask your server to recommend a few dishes. (Make sure you let them know if there's anything you don't eat). The first thing our lovely server recommended was roast pork (or... More

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
