A great place for sushi. The atmosphere is lovely and the quality is superb. My friend and I spent a couple of hours sipping sake and nibbling sushi. Never felt rushed by staff who were very attentive. I would definitely return!

Conveyor belt sushi restaurant with very good quality and wide choice over the belt, not just the usual salmon. Price is reasonable considering its location inside a luxury mall. Very crowded both at lunch and dinner

For being in the IfC building of HK the price was good. $250 hkd for two people. We ordered from the menu and ate till we were full. The sushi was excellent. Very fresh, good quality. The staff was good. We tried to go for dinner on Friday night but the wait was too long with 30 numbers before ours.... More

A good queuing system is worth persevering with as the food is of high quality. Great for lunch, but get there early to miss ques.

great place for your quick sushi fix. Unless you are there early to see how many rounds the food has taken around the conveyor belt I recommend to order from the menu and you can't go wrong.

Came here just before 6pm on a Friday - restaurant was quite full and I believe half an hour later there was a queue forming outside, so do expect to wait at peak times! Overall very happy with this dinner choice. A fair amount of popular options (salmon, tuna, other nigiri/sushi) were on the conveyor belt, from which we took... More

In my country, sushi is not very popular. The fish usually has a frozen taste to it and the nigiri is lousily made. As an avid fan of sushi, I usually go to Sen-ryo at least once whenever I visit HK. I've been to Japan and have visited the Tsukiji fish market and I can say that the quality of... More

Wasn't overall good as I had sushi from the belt and it wasn't fresh at all. The rice was chunky and the fish was really unfresh. One of the plates had a weird smell. The waiters were efficient and helpful but very loud and noisy.

Conveniently located at IFC mall, Sen-ryo serves affordable and very good sushi. Ingredients were fresh. The scallops I tried were succulent. Recommended if you're craving for quality Japanese food in central.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
